The typical Toyoko Inn hotel. They are like MacDonald's and Starbucks, you always know what you will get. An enjoyable stay as always. Perfect for early or late flights as the shuttle bus to the airport runs every 20 min.

It's a very good choice for overnight near the airport. The shuttle bus is easy to find, and the drivers help with the suitcases. It takes only 5 minutes from the airport (not rush hours). The room is clean and big enough. There's a Lawson store at the lobby, and the clerk there was also nice. The hotel receptionists are warm and helpful, I read some old comments on google saying that the staff were unwilling to help, but it wasn't like that in my case, so I assume the management solve the matter, which it good to know. There's a scale at the lobby free to use, which is very useful. And Lawson store sell a cheap carry-on bag with wheels for travelers who need more space to pack souvenirs. The help-yourself breakfast offers a various choice of food, it's not super delicious but cost-worthy.

Coffee at breakfast isn't so good, but there is milk available.

Free Shuttle bus picked us up from Narita Airport and dropped us off at the train station. Lawsons convenient store inside hotel was very handy. Quite and close place to crash after a big travel day.

I needed a place to spend the night between Narita flights and this was perfect. The free airport shuttle is frequent and convenient. Check-in at the machine could be difficult if you don't know Japanese, but there's staff present for assistance. In general, the staff is always there for you, they were nice and helpful. The room was nice and quiet, had plenty of natural light and dark curtains to shut it out. There are a few lamps around the room and a bedside light as well. It's not spacious, but it makes good use of its space so it's enough. Each room has it's own wi-fi, so it wouldn't slow down from too many users. There's access to a TV with streaming services, as long as you have your own account for them - otherwise there are a few movies on the hotel VOD itself. Water in the bathroom was a bit tricky - starting it warm required a bit of experimenting, but nothing that I couldn't figure out on my own. The bathroom was clean and there were amenities available - remember to take them from the hall. Breakfast service starts at 6:30 and despite there being quite a crowd, there was enough food and space as to not cause any inconvenience. The food was delicious and there were both Japanese and eastern options available. There's a convenience store at the ground floor, so if you arrive late at night you don't even have to leave the building to grab a snack. If you don't have an outlet adapter yet, there's a USB charging port in the room.

This hotel is ideal for those with early flights or late arrivals. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is a major advantage, and the shuttle bus drivers are friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out are quick and hassle-free, as the process is self-service, with staff readily available to assist if needed. In-room amenities include a sleeping wardrobe, toiletries, tea, and water. Additionally, Lawson is just a short walk away for any essentials. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort and convenience before or after their flights.

Great amenities and easy use of the shuttle bus to the airport. Area was quiet and has a paid parking lot at the back which was walking distance from the hotel. Mr Kubayashi that was working reception when I checked in was amazing. He was really helpful and kind when helping my group to check in.

Ms Yoshino that was working reception when I tried to check out was extremely rude. She looked very annoyed when we told her we wanted to extend our stay as our flight had been delayed. She made it seemed as if it was our fault for the delayed flight. She also made no effort to help a guy that was struggling to check out as she just stood there watching the guy struggle. Clearly seems that she did not want to be there.

Location was handy to airport, shuttles were plentiful & on time. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Staff were professional & a delight.

The bed was simply too hard..Have travelled extensively for 30 years throughout all parts of Asia & this was disappointing for an airport hotel where rest and sleep are so very important. If they could fix this I couldn't fault the hotel in any way. Mattress toppers or invest in some new mattresses. My back is still paying for it and I camp quite frequently in my country.

-The breakfast was good and filling. It does get a little crowded and can be difficult to find a table to eat at. -The staff was extremely accommodating and spoke English. If things got a little complicated, they had translation devices that were accurate. -The shuttle drivers are who made my stay. They had shuttle routines go to the airport terminals and back very frequently. I took it everyday to get to the station at the airport. The drivers were wonderful. When it was time for me to go, they loaded and unloaded all my luggages for me in the bus. It took all the stress away for trying to figure out how to get them all to the airport myself. -The size of the room was good for the price and impeccably clean. Thank you very much for making my stay comfortable. The staff were wonderful

-It is not the hotel's fault but families that stay there can get very loud. Knocking on each other's doors, or waking each other in the morning. -The bed was on the hard side

The proximity to NRT Narita Airport was a blessing given how long some travelers' plane rides are. The shuttle bus taking you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa is clean, timely and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, polite as well as helpful. The property is clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in was spacious, perfect for a solo traveler. The view on NRT is amazing, it allows you to watch the sun rise and set. The window muffled all noise from outside (I forgot I was 5 minutes away from an airport!). The air conditioning is customizable. The English language (amongst three others) is available on most devices, whether it be at the front desk or on the room's TV.

The breakfast was missing in variety of choices, but the food served was good and was served abundantly. The pillow and mattress were a little bit too stiff for my liking but could be perfect for someone else. I wish hand soap was provided in the bathroom.

Property was clean and comfortable and close to airport. We appreciated the Lawson convenience store in the hotel lobby area for evening snacks. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was included with the cost of our stay. Delicious food and good value. Hotel airport shuttle was another valuable service included with our stay. Another great feature was the option to pay a little extra for some additional hours in our room as our flight was not until the evening.

It would have been nice to have the option to have rooms that connected from the inside. But not a big concern. Our rooms were beside one another and we really appreciated that.
