Location right next to station, room was bright and modern in design, bathroom was clean and efficient, everything was very clean, Japanese breakfast was included and was tasty, staff member was very helpful when our passport wouldn’t scan during self-check-in. The pillows are super comfortable. Fun hotel with dinosaur projections at the front desk, cool projection mapping on the square outside the front door (kids love it), attached izakaya with excellent seafood. Komatsu equipment exhibit and museum next door, along with a nice small forest walk.

Bed was very firm. My husband was fine, but it gave me a sore back. The LG Styler device for deodorizing clothes was cool, but the space it takes up would be better used as a regular closet.

Great location, you can't miss the hotel as it is right outside the train station. There is a covered walkway almost all the way to the hotel from the station. Automated self service check in and out works, and the characters that respond as you go through the process are a cute touch. We had the most staff attention during breakfast, which was Japanese style with a fixed set meal (we had fried herring, rice and a number of side dishes with miso soup and yoghurt). There is a manga corner if you can read Japanese.

Laundry room was quite expensive - I have seen the exact same machines in other hotels but the price here was between 1.6 to 2 times what other hotels were charging.

We loved everything about this hotel, from the easy contactless check in with a virtual dinosaur (!) to the small but well-designed room, to the fun toy and kutaniware vending machines in the lobby, to the amazing light show on the walkway in front of the hotel. Such a super cool place to stay! It was also very conveniently located, just a minute from the train station on one side (but no train noise in the room) and the really cool science center on the other side. Restaurants and shops were a short walk away. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Good location (right next to Komatsu Station), easy and quick self check-in and check-out, clean room, humidifier available in the room so that it's not too dry when heater is on, hot water for shower and bath is quite sufficient and hot

Location is excellent. Bathroom was clean. Lighting was good. I like the cloths steamer too.

I needed a spoon, but the staff wasn’t able to provide it. It would be good if he can let me know where I can buy one.

I loved all of the amenities this hotel had! The room was pretty big for a Japanese hotel and the TV had actual good channels. It’s definitely a more modern hotel and it was the best one I stayed in Ishikawa. Check in was with a machine so you don’t have to talk to anyone!

No parking so you have to park nearby and pay 1000 yen!

Likes: excellent location across from the train station, great restaurants nearby, and next to Komatsu Park. Dislike: none.

It is a very innovative hotel. You must check in by yourself and will not contact any emplyee if the thing goes smoothly. Of course, if you have trouble regarding the checkin or else. They will appear to help you quickly. It a brabd new hotel and just outside the railway station and Komatsu's park.

Great location for travelling by train, very clean and a good sized, comfortable room

Check in by hologram was quirky and efficient but the lack of front staff was a little frustrating.

Like that we had minimal interaction at checkin and checkout. But when we need the staff they are always ready to provide assistance. Staff are helpful in keeping our luggage before and after checkout.
