No towels in the room an arrival, the hot water in the bathroom cannot adjust and the bathroom needs deep cleaning.

I like the all inclusive and the free events and the activity that came with the package.

there was a rude and unhelpful bartender outside by the pool area, I don't think that guy should be working with the public or retrain...he has no customer service skills.

The food and people in this hotel were fantastic. Also the entertainment.

Jamaica was an interesting experience for us. We felt like we were unwanted. The vibes were WACK. Not sure we would ever go back. The hotel wasn’t bad though, everything was just expensive and people are rude.

this is clearly a very old hotel that needs renovations. our rooms were clean every day and the AC works well. staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything. The staff is what make this place worth the stay.

not enough wash rags at this property. I know guests will leave with these from time to time but the company must keep replacing them. Wash rags are cheap.

I did not like our room so much. The floor seemed dirty a bit and we we requested a walk in shower and got a tub that did not look so pleasing but overall the stay was wonderful.

Everything was great, the bed was really comfortable, they have kayak and stand up paddle for free and a lot of different places to swim.

ok, so I've been to other resorts in jamaica and the staff were much more pleasant and happy. It seemed like most of the people working there were not really happy about it, and it is kind of a bummer. My partner and I are always very polite and we tip when appropriate, but the service provided could be more warm and polite, especially in the restaurants.

Location was central and the breakfast was alright

The entertainment staff was top notch. They know how to do their thing. Thanks to JJ, sweetness and rosea. Front desk agents was very respectful and helpful. Bar attendant was great thanks to Nathan. And the bell boy tevin for assistance with our bags. Food wasn't bad but it was OK. All was welcomed. 100000% I'd definitely recommend and go back.
