The best location in Piran - you can’t beat it! The ability to rent sunbeds is a real bonus and the rooftop bar is great too. We were apprehensive about the parking situation (parking in a multi story just outside of town, with a free shuttle to the hotel), but it was absolutely fine and seems to be the best / only way to drive to Piran.

The comfort room was a little dated, but was spacious with great AC. The WiFi policy feels quite archaic - in order to browse freely you have to pay, or else you must log in every 30 minutes.

Location was a 10/10 - such a beautiful hotel where we really soaked up the Mediterranean. The staff were incredibly friendly, went out of their way to help, and even surprised us with an upgrade. It was one of our favourite stays of the whole trip.

The facilities and especially the staff were amazing! They were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had on my trip.

There was nothing not to like!

Hotel Piran is a really well located hotel in the old town of Piran, right beside the ocean, comfortable and with really helpful and friendly staff - shout out to Anya at reception ! Thank you all for a most enjoyable stay 🙏

Air conditioning would have been nice as the nights were hot 🥵 but balcony onto ocean provided some solace …..

As the hotel is right on the sea you have a great view from the balcony so worth paying for a sea view room, especially to watch the sunsets. Breakfast had everything you could want. Rooms are modern, nicely decorated, very clean if a bit small. Central location means you're in the heart of Piran with easy access to all the cafes,restaurants,sights walking etc

Being central also means quite a lot of noise, not from traffic as there isn't any visitor traffic allowed in the old town but from some late night revellers. This isn't the hotel"s fault but it's worth packing ear plugs if you want undisturbed sleep

The location cannot be beat- feet from the edge of the Adriatic! The hotel itself is old, but tastefully renovated. Ttansporation from the nearby parking garage and discounted parking fees are a plus. The sea view room we had was small but clean and reasonably well appointed. No electrical outlets by the bed was a small downer, but one was available by the desk. The breakfast buffet was quite varied and delicious, and would appeal to nearly every dietary concern. I would return to the Hotel Piran, but I'd seek a larger room for stays of longer than a day.

Room size, lack of electrical outlets. Being that this is an old European hotel, it is on par with others if its age. Overall, however, due to location, cleanliness, attractive facilities, and welcoming staff, I'd still recommend it.

Absolutely found that the town of Piran is a hidden gem and the charming and historical Hotel Piran is a must for location on the sea front right in the middle of town! Enjoyed very much sitting on our balcony and looking out to sea. The breakfast was very good and varied. Loved the hotels' restaurant right on the promenade. The staff was fantastic, friendly and efficient. The parking outside of town in the park house is available at extra cost and was no problem at all. The from the hotel organised shuttle went smoothly both times. Will visit again, enjoyed our stay very much.

Bathroom could do with an upgrade.

Location is amazing views were stunning. Staff were polite smart and professional. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Bathroom could do with an update as alittle tired shower door very stiff to slide open and shut, shower rail with shower head on was broken and shampoo holder was broken which was a shame as the bed room was very modern and had everything we needed, so a shame that the bathroom let it down.

Bathroom as explained above. On our 2nd night someone moved into the room next door thankfully they were only there for one night as they were extremely loud two ladies ( the room from ours to there’s had an adjoining door) which was were the noise was coming from as that area was just a door and not solid wall!!
