I like the pools and the beach is the backyard of this hotel the staff is wonderful and kind not to far from restaurants it's pretty clean

The things I didn't like was that I paid for a very expensive room? The phone didn't work. They didn't have a iron in the room . A lot of the outlets didn't work in the room. even though it was all inclusive. I couldn't get room service to my room, and when I went down to the lobby and spoke to the receptionist , they never brought me the iron, I had to steal it from another room. And you have to wake up very early to make reservations for the restaurants. If not, you will not get here reservation for dinner

Crown paradise was perfect for my families. The kids really enjoyed it and I will definitely go back again in the future.

The only thing I didn't like was , the workers was serving food without any gloves on. I don't think it's fair for anyone to touch someone else's food with their hands

1, The automated coffee machine and water bar in the lobby should provide 24-hour service and should not be removed after 6:00 p.m; 2, it is recommended that the beverage dispenser in the main dining room be replaced with an on/off faucet.

This hotel had everything needed for a great family holiday. We have arrived home today and cannot fault the place at all. It was basic but very clean, rooms are cleaned every day. Food was fine and the staff were lovely.

The restaurant booking system was a bit of a nightmare but we did eat in a couple of the restaurants. Whilst we were there, 2 of the restaurants did not have to be booked and acceptes walk in diners (La Piazza and Los Gallos) but there is always a queue for them.

This was a very clean resort and it was clear that a lot of time was spent to keep it clean and tidy. There was also plenty of space around the two pools (plus the covered indoor one) and at the beach. The kids club was great for my two children (age 5 and 7), as the slides were perfect for them. There was a lifeguard on duty in the kids club which we really appreciated. We did not have issues making reservations at the specialty restaurants, and we utilized making reservations for excursions directly through the resort. Overall this was a great family location and it was really easy to relax at this resort.

There was an issue connecting to wifi because we had wifi, but the concierge gave us the extension to call to fix it and it was really easy to do. Also, the beach wasn't super clear of kelp, which was a little annoying and not depicted accurately in any of the pictures of the resort.

Everything on this resort was great! From the service to the views. I took my 5 yr old to the resort for his birthday and he enjoyed every second. Reasonable price, literally everything on resort is included. Easy transportation, but some seem sketchy. All staff friendly. Only critique is the food on the resort was 2/10, my 5yr old eats anything but even he was unpleasant with the food at all restaurants for all meals off the day. It was hard to get bottled water, but the bars gave great drinks for kids and adults. I highly recommend for great budget but leave resort for food.

The staff at the buffets and restaurants, pool staff were amazing. They were so warm and inviting.

The front desk staff did forget to call us in the morning we were leaving. Thankfully, I was up. As well, I was also given a price by booking.com and was overcharged by $142.78. Which is bothersome. When spending money at the stores in the resort, they would ask pesos or USD dollars. I would state pesos, and it would be done in USD. Which was way more money. Also, the sewage smell is overwhelming at times.

From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were impressed by the warm welcome and attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable — always friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Each meal felt like a treat, whether it was a relaxed breakfast or an elegant dinner. Special compliments to the chefs and dining staff who made every experience feel special.dont forget Italian, Mexican, and the fishermen. It’s sooooo good Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail and comfort really stood out, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of fun. Entertainment at the resort was top-notch, with lively performances, engaging activities, and something for everyone to enjoy. It created a fun and vibrant atmosphere that kept us smiling throughout our stay. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to come back again!

Everything was good

The kids had a lot of fun. The shows at night were great . Overall a good time .

We had 2 rooms. One of the rooms had no towels at all and no iron . We had to go to front desk to request towels. When you calling front desk from your room, they do not answer the phone. The Dinner buffet was so so . Some of the food were cold. And lastly the guy who checked us in , his name is Francisco was very rude at the beginning to us. He has a lot of attitude which I think is very in appropriate for this type of job. While he’s Checking us in with his attitude, I pulled up a comment on google reviews about him and showed to my husband. And I’m like this is not new , he has a lot of bad reviews about him. I think he realized what I did he became a little bit nicer with us.
