Given 1 hr limit for breakfast buffet. There were signages in lifts to remind guests of this. Perhaps it was due to space constraint. But I saw there were spaces which were not utilised eg the big round tables at enterance, outside yard & higher deck at end of dining area. This happenend on a Sunday & Monday. We paid for rooms to come with breakfast as we knew that buffet spread and Melting Pot Teh Tarik is very good but to rush through a buffet breakfast while on a holiday is not a good experience. Otherwise all others during the stay at Concorde Shah Alam were good. Rooms were cleaned on time, request were fulfilled timely & very good services with smile given by staff.

I had a 2-day, 1-night stay at Concorde, and overall, it was a great experience. Breakfast was impressive — the hotel offered a wide variety of food, and most of it was really delicious. However, the mee kuning (I tried both mee hailam and mee goreng) had a slightly bitter taste. It might be better if the noodles were rinsed before cooking. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It came with basic toiletries and a bathtub, and everything was well-maintained. The air conditioner took a little while to cool the room, but it worked fine once it got going. I also had tea time at the hotel, and the food served was very good. Parking was free, but I needed to verify my card each time I exited the hotel.

- The taste of mee kuning at breakfast is quite bitter. The noodles should be rinsed before cooking.

Preferred hotel to stay in shah alam. Next to the hotel is a small shopping mall: Plaza Shah Alam where you can find anything you want there. The hotel is considerably clean, though the room is quite old and rusty. The bed is comfy but the pillows are not as much. Don’t ever try to open the pillow case. You will be surprised. The staff are friendly and helpful which makes the hotel stay pleasant. We enjoy listening to the band at night. For the parking is not free. They will charged RM3 at the end of your stay. And for the breakfast, it’s RM66 for adult and RM33 for Children.

The pillow, the bathtub.. hope to see some changes in my next visit.

the stinky smell from the toilet, which i realised was not properly cleaned in the seat. must get your housekeeping to scrub the toilet properly. the bathtub is not relevant anymore and looks worn out, should consider removing them, enough with an enclosure to shower. this will also ease muslims taking their ablution. pillows need to be replaced with a better quality.

The location was perfect in Shah Alam, not too busy area and near the Shah Alam mosque and beside Shah Alam Mall. For room service, they have 'Late Night Order' from 11pm to 6am. Large swimming pool at 1.4 meters deep. Adequate parking space for your car. Quite nice cafe i.e. Melting Pot for breakfast. Large king size bed.

The breakfast spread was not as much as the other hotel in its vicinity. The bathroom was a bit old and might require refurbishment. Even though the TV was not a smart TV but the screen was quite good and not grainy..

The room was super spacious and clean. Initially I was given a room with minor defect of the bathtub (unable to drain the water from the bath tub). Called customer service and they immediately sent a technician to check it out (less than 15 minutes). We were given a new room to switch, which was just few rooms ahead from the old room. So we didn’t have to move our luggages and kids upstairs or downstairs. A+ for keeping us comfortable despite some hiccups there with the bathtub. Check-out was supposed to be at 12pm but I requested to check-out an hour late coz the kids went swimming and refused to come up (shows how nice was the swimming pool), and customer service politely agreed to it. A+++ Concorde Hotel Shah Alam. Will come here again, definitely.

Had a good time while having dinner at your lounge. Relaxing music from Batak Group, with dedicated wish and singing our anniversary. Good waiter and barmen..only curious why can't enter melting pot, only applicable if having buffet, almost spoiled my anniversary, luckily the lounge staff were so good. Buffet breakfast also good spread with local and international dishes. Front office also fast during check in/out.

To be honest your breakfast service staff not very welcoming,just asking room number only while not many guest que during my breakfast . When leaving no one great while I can see a few staff around the corner.

I was there overnight to attend a wedding near the hotel. I drove, the parking facility is easily accessble from hotel lobby. I am pleased to see the shops are operational and interesting for the visitor. Good security for single women travellors

There should have been a key drop box for checking out so that guests are not kept waiting as it appears there is usually one person at concierge. Attending staff have to remind guests not to cut queue as some male guests would just ignore women in the queue and jump queue. It is a cultural problem in some Asian countries.

overall service was exceptionally good and comforting with great customer service from staff. Food was just too good and delicious as all dishes were prepared with tasteful hearts as I enjoyed every meals.

Just one upsetting thing is the shower curtains in the twin room kept having wet floor after every shower taken as quite narrow curtains not rolling to the taping system edge leaving gap where water splashers out onto floor. but other than that all is well.

The location was great since we had our brother’s wedding at the hall. We booked the rooms as to make it easier for us to handle the elders

The breakfast was sup-par. It could be improved. The plugs in the rooms are mostly faulty, it’ll be great if it was repaired. The parking was horrendous, would be happier for an improvement.
