Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The facilities such as the gym and infinity pool is really great, gym is opened 24hrs. Nice view of the petronas tower from my hotel window. Hotel room service is wonderful, almost everything was replaced after every room service e.g towels, bath robes, toiletries etc. and a plus point is that everything on the minibar is FOC and is replaced everyday.

Aside from the pool, there are not alot of things to do for my kid. There were no indoor playground or kids corner etc. The shower and urinal is strangely separated into 2 separate rooms and has no ventilator. The cost for the hotel buffet is more on the steeper side. I brought my own entertainment devices to connect to the hotel TV via the HDMI cable however to my disappointment the TV is programmed in such that you can only watch whatever is programed by the hotel.

I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside. The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip. Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy. Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

An absolutely excellent hotel in a prime location, very comfortable, very modern, and very upscale. Unfortunately, we couldn't visit the bar upstairs because my daughter isn't 21, but we certainly won't make it back sometime. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied, and the value for money was also extremely good.

We loved everything about this hotel! We stayed for three nights and had two connecting rooms - each one was very spacious, around 40m2, impeccably clean with every facility we could imagine including a sofa, ultra silent air conditioning, amazing beds, bath and shower, very tasteful decor, great TV and movies, generous free minibar with water (a must due to the hot temperatures). We loved the buffet breakfasts and dinners - it was a great opportunity to sample a wide range of local and international cuisine. The gym is among the best we have seen in a hotel with machines, free weights, several treadmills, etc., the infinity swimming pool is a great size for swimming as well as lounging around and the spa is also excellent. All the staff were very helpful and kind, a special mention for Ms Aslina Semsudin, the director of guest experiences who was very helpful. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent with the Petronas Towers and many shopping areas within 10-15 minutes walk.

We hardly found anything we disliked about this hotel and had to think about it - at breakfast we would have appreciated to have more healthy cereals like muesli and gluten-free food but it was not an issue.

Very nice hotel in the centre of KL. We had a room with Petronas Towers views - worth every penny and highly recommended. Large room with a very nice bathroom. Free minibar. Bed very comfortable. The hotel is just so pretty. The swimming pool and infinity pool very nice, however crowded on weekends but empty on weekdays. We tried sauna and we loved it. Breakfast was plentiful with so many options, continental and Asian. We loved it. We ate one evening at the buffet. Also so much to choose from, deserts, coffee, fruit.

The only thing I’d like to mention is - as this is a top 5 star hotel in KL, the cleanliness was not up to the standards. Hovering and dusting needs to improve a little bit. There were dark long hairs on the floor in the toilet and bathroom when we checked in.

Stylish hotel , fantastic service and facilities. Great location within easy walking from all major shops/ transport/bars.

A little more shade / umbrella's around the pool area. Some people were discouraged from staying longer due to lake of shade in the hot sun.

Make up room was a little slow. We went for breakfast came back still not done. Went out twice and came back still not done, even after we called. We were told that the make up room service were only on round in the afternoon around 4pm. Probably because it's the peak period during our stay.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful. Rooftop pool was great, especially the jacuzzi. They also have spacious gym and great spa facilities. Good location

The pool area gets extremely busy during the day, so it is best to go in the evening as there are very few people there and you can enjoy some more quiet time. There was a sign saying that kids are not allowed in the jacuzzi, yet it was full of children during the day so staff were not policing that. There is no quiet business lounge if you want to do some work. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so cannot comment on that.

Everything at the hotel was beyond my expectations, the room was clean and big and above all the staff was so attending, polite and service minded. The staff at EQ is the best staff we have experienced ever at any hotel and we have traveled a lot. We had a room with the view to the Petrona towers, this was the best experience we had staying at a hotel. The choice at the breakfast were so many that will cover anybody’s taste. EQ is Highly recommended, the best 5 star hotel.
