Pyramisa Hotel in Hurghada exceeded my expectations! The service was absolutely perfect, with attentive and friendly staff. It’s an ideal destination for winter swimming, thanks to its heated pools. The dishes were delicious, offering a variety of flavors to suit every taste. The pools are beautifully maintained and provide a fantastic experience. A special thank you to receptionist Kareem for his warm welcome and professionalism, and to housekeeper Mahmood for keeping everything spotless and ensuring our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

The food was nice and almost everyday you couls find something new to try. The activities on the beach were very good and everyday there was a program for us. The staff new english and we cpmunicated easily. For the price it was almost a steal.

The pool was very shallow. There were chairs in the pool next to Pablos grill but it was not a bar and we mistook it for one, it was dissapoiting, why have a bar if you cannot use it in any way? The beach was great for families, but there was almost no corals and again it was very very shallow and short, you could not have a good swim on the hotel beach. The worst is that at the arrival they will give you a máp that contains a map of the next hotel V luxory as well, we had no idea if we can use their aquapark or join their activities and so on. Why do you give us a máp of another hotel when we cannot use their things? Give us just the map of our hotel and dont cause other problems. The drinks were server in a plastic cup. There were some small things but for the price it was a good hotel.

Pyramisa is one of our favourite hotels in Hurghada. Always full satisfaction. For the first time I visited this hotel in 2008 and since then I keep returning. It's a very friendly and welcoming place. Reception: At the beginning we've had a great welcome from front desk receptionist Ahmed Esmael who greeted us with smile and warmth. He gave us a nice room with a lovely view that we wouldn't even expect. He explained everything about the room and hotel clearly. Room: When we arrived to the room, it was one of those already refurbished. Very spacey and modern with a beautiful view from a balcony equipped with a glass table and two chairs. In the room we've found everything we needed for a 3 week stay. Kettle with cups and choice of tea. Hairdryer in bathroom. Large TV on the wall. Very big wardrobe with safe inside. Double bed for us, parents, A sofa bed and second bed for our daughters. Room was clean and tidy with supply of bottled water. Food and restaurants: the variety of food in main restaurant is good. Everyday you have choice of different meet, stews, huge bread station, huge pasta station, a great choice of fresh vegetables and fruits not to mention shocking variety of sweets and desserts. Every lunchtime and evening there's a barbecue outside where they serve lovely grilled meat or seafood. The service in the main restaurant is very friendly and helpful. Waiters and waitresses run along trying to meet needs of all the guests. Of someone is complaining about the food, I think they're just a type of people who complain about everything. Otherwise I wonder what they eat at home because even caviar and truffles after some time of repeating are boring. Lobby, cafeteria, bar: In lobby you will meet your guest relation. A super friendly and always smiling Hadeel. She's alesys ready and happy to help, often outside of her duty hours. If you need any explanation, help or book AlaCarte restaurant, meet Hadeel and she will help you.

One of the biggest misunderstandings is the bar on the island on the pool. For general guests it's accessible only till 5pm. After that you have to pay for drinks. From what we noticed, in the evening it was always empty. They should think their strategy over because I'm sure people would leave more tips than they earn from drinks sold during the charge hours. There are only 2 towel points. They serve drinks in single use plastic cups with plastic straws at the beach. It's very bad for the environment and non economical. This should be banned. At the heated pool behind first building there's no bar in closest proximity so when you are with children you need to walk to the beach the get a drink. There should be at least a stand with bottled water.

I recently spent 8 unforgettable nights at Pyramida Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh for my honeymoon, and I cannot express how grateful I am to the incredible staff who made this stay so special. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was a reminder of what true hospitality means. A huge thank you to Chef Nasser, Chef Abd Elaziz, Chef Hamada, and their entire kitchen team, including Islam, Sayed, Salwa, Mahmoud Abo Al Ela, and Hesham. The food was absolutely delicious, and the attention to detail in every dish was remarkable. Every meal was an experience we looked forward to. Also, a special mention to Mahrous, who made the best coffee at the lobby, and Ahmed Essa and Abdelrahman at the bar for their fantastic service and great drinks. Their warm personalities made our time there even more enjoyable. Ashraf, who took care of our cleaning needs, always made sure everything was pristine and comfortable, and we truly appreciated the effort. Thank you again to all of these wonderful individuals who went above and beyond to ensure our honeymoon was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Management, please consider rewarding these exceptional staff members – they truly made our stay unforgettable!

The only downside to our stay was the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the connection was pretty unreliable and the internet speed was very slow, which was a bit frustrating. However, everything else about the property was fantastic, and the service more than made up for it.

Staff are incredible, isra is lovely and so are the chefs. Big rooms, warm heated pool, lovely beach in great location and just nice people. Once done up this place will look great and be lovely to visit.

The clientele are heavily Russian and some dislike muslim guests though they are in a Muslim country. They did make it known they had issues and I think the hotel should get more diverse clientele so one nation of people doesn't take over and start to think they own the place. Food is sometimes great and sometimes mediocre like most buffets.

The initial condition of the room did not meet my expectations, but the staff, particularly Ahmed Ismail and his manager, addressed the issue quickly and ensured we had a great stay. Their exceptional service more than made up for the initial inconvenience

Staff in Pyramisa is always very friendly. Beginning with reception personnel ending on waiters and cleaners. If you have any questions, you can always speak to someone from guest relation and they will help you with your issues. The food was good and variable. During our stay we had a chance to eat well prepared prawns, crabs and different kind of meat. The choice of fruits and vegetables is amazing and there's always a person to prepare those fresh fruits for for you. The sushi station offers not bad sushi experience and I really don't understand people complaining that they've eaten better sushi. This is all inclusive restaurant, not a sushi house so they do their best to satisfy you. We tried Italian restaurant and Mongolian grill and it was really nice experience. Rooms were cleaned daily, with all the necessary stuff provided. The WIFI covers most of the hotel area with beach including. There's a brand new kids club that offers few nice attractions for kids. It's a whole building opposite to the hotel entrance. It has air-conditioning and even a soft play area. All the bars offer many kinds of drinks and cocktails both alcoholic and alcohol free.

The sunbeds around the pool are old and require replacing. This was the only significant issue we noticed and experienced.

Nour at the reception was so kind. He listened to our complains and helped with everything. He gave us great rooms. Thank you Nour for everything. Thank to you we had a nice holiday. Thank you Rowan for making our ala carte reservation. There is a nice and funny man (don’t remember his name) who works in Italian restaurant and at the buffet restaurant as the waiter. He was joking with us all the time. :) Many nice workers at the hotel.

Swimming pool is always clean .. Staff are exceptional .. Chef Saber is the best one cooking pasta and be sure he will make all you need .. Miss Nesreen is friendly, helpful and knows exactly what u need .. Home services are professional and clean ..

Snacks at beach .. Soft drinks and juices needs to be more fresh .. Tv channels at rooms has bad signal and 3 channels only ..

All of the staff was good, and very kind Nour in the reception was very good with us The animation team was perfect Our holiday was in the right place. Nobody tried to push and they respected our needs and zone The tours in Hurgada and quad was well organized and it will be unforgetten.
