The hotel is very modern but also charming. The view from the window was really nice. Hotel staff were very nice even though only one person spoke english. The street the hotel is on is pretty and safe, lots of cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was nice. It was completely quiet at night, no noise from streets or anything, very calm.

I cannot really think of anything negative.

I was expecting a regular Ibis Hotel, budget type. But they offer better facilities than the average Ibis Hotel. Their location is great, breakfast was really good and the room was clean and comfortable. They also have a bar and restaurant.

I was expecting the parking fee to be included in the price.

Good location with restaurants at walking distance and good breakfast with a reasonable value. I also had an opportunity to charge my hybrid car with my own adaptor

The staff was not prepared for my questions about hybrid cars. The room is quite small for large suitcases and same for the bathroom.

Space for arrival and departure is a bit tide for more cars arriving together. But if you want to stay in the center of Batel it is part of it.

The Location is great many Shops and Restaurants in walking distance

A bit difficult to park at the entrance space for only 2-3 cars

the location was great! could not have stayed at a better location.

it was a little dated. I know there’s some newer looking rooms. the ones I got were a bit dated but they were alright.

the 24h convenience was the most important thing for us because we went for plasure and after party we could eat and drink a little more. the cleanings and it’s near everything.

Some of electrics didn’t work in some rooms. Flashing entry light, probably transformer!
