Staff were incredible, very helpful and friendly throughout. Outside hot tub is fab and lovely when the sun is going down to watch sunset. Food options were fantastic with lots of variety.

We didn’t book a balcony room and regretted it with no where to put wet stuff. I would definitely recommend a balcony room. The bathrooms are pretty disappointing but the rest of the facilities make up for this

Everything!!!!! First time here and we will be returning on more than one occasion! The quietness was the most important for us because we came to relax! The size of the property is just right for a simple quick relaxing getaway!! The food was EXCELLENT!! Although the other restaurants were not open until later part of the week, we enjoyed every meal in the Veranda restaurant!! Staff everyone of them including housekeeping was pleasant! Front desk staff Meagan was outstanding with customer service!!

More island music is needed, not country music! A good variety for all but this is the Bahamas not an American Beach vacation.

Great location, extremely friendly staff, Lots to do on the resort. Dinners are amazing, and booking your time slots are easy. It was nice how everyone would dress up to go eat. The pool is awesome and the private beach is cute, they could have cleaned up the seaweed a bit. But it is not a far look of the ocean. There is one bar outside and one inside. But there is only a certain amount of people working it. They should add one more bar stand to accommodate the amount of people. Or open the inside one throughout the day.

The bathtub stunk like fish, each time I turned on the water it smelled like a fish market, therefore it made my entire bedroom smell. I had to buy a scent for the room but that didn’t help when I took a shower. I just hope I didn’t smell like it. my daughter told me I didn’t.

The food was amazing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The best server at dining times breakfast and lunch was Kendrick! He was absolutely AMAZING!!!! He took wonderful care of myself, mom and sister. We will be back soon!

The servers for dinner time hours could work on having more hospitality. You can tell the difference between your morning and afternoon employees versus the evening crew.

only 1 hot tub was working. My Room was near elevator and they were very noisy. Amenities were not made clear. Found out 2 days later there was a free shuttle to the beach.

Although small and basic, it was a great hotel Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful Food choice was limited but it was very good Drinks were good Rooms are large very comfortable, really comfortable bed and very clean The hotel was very clean in general. Not too loud and can always find sunbeds Great location, less than 10 mins walk from Atlantis and 15 mins walk to the beach and they offer free shuttle

The pool and pool areas are quite dirty and not a lot of effort is put into cleaning it properly. The bathroom is very small and outdated Not a great deal to do in the evenings after dinner, not a lot of areas to sit and have a drink

very clean, staff was friendly, I love that food and drinks were offered up to 1am. I love the various activities they offered like shuttle to Cabbage beach, the Casino at the Atlantis, bike tour.

I would like to have seen more activities for solo travelers. it would have been nice to offer a shuttle to the Straw market or downtown.

The resort and staff was wonderful. The pool was enjoyable and getting to walk the pier and see the fish every night in a secure location was great. The food was delicious and the drinks kept pouring. The activity on site was fun. There is also stuff to do off resort if you want.

Small inconvenience, first was not enough pillows on the king bed. Second was there was two days out of 6 we had to ask for towels. Ours got taken and never replaced. Also when we stepped into the hallway 11th floor) it smelled like weed sometimes which is crazy if it’s non smoking rooms. The only other again small inconvenience is the dress code for dinner at the buffet. Men have to have shirts with sleeves however women are allowed to show midriff and cleavage. Not sure how biceps are worst lol. I understand the two other restaurants as they were more formal. But again it is what it is and the food was delicious.

The hotel is located close to the entrance of Paradise Island and is also within walking distance from various other beaches. There are three restaurants at the hotel and the buffet options are also quite good. The pool area and bars are also great. The entertainment, both at the pool and at the night, was a fun and great touch.

The hotel is located close to the pier, so the beach area does not really have a direct access to the ocean. However, the whole outside (pool+beach) area is great.
