Fairly clean. Good “fast-break” breakfast that is chosen by small menu and handed to you in a bag for cooking. At first I was leery of this, but soon realized I could heat at my leisure to fit my schedule.

The rooms were outdated. Windows (at least on the first floor) need to be redone in double pain for security and noise reduction. Security guard was a little over zealous. Overheard him wanting to “break in the door” to help a young person who was distraught and when they were talking to him already. I really got concerned when the maintenance man went to get a special tool to open the latch lock - and the security guard still wanted to kick in the door telling the other guest of the room who was outside with him, he could pay for the damages. The guest outside had to calm Him down to tell him to please wait for the maintenance man to return. He seemed a bit to eager to escalate the situation in my opinion.

The staff was great and very helpful. I am having hip replacement surgery soon due to old gymnastics injuries that make it hard for me to step over a bathtub to shower. I was checked into the accessibility room, and the walk-in shower worked perfectly for my injuries. Thank you for meeting my needs and always making sure I had clean towels.

During high traffic times, it was hard to keep an internet signal stable. Since I was here for work, I used the internet during lower traffic times, which didn't affect my work. However, I encountered issues when other guests arrived and throughout the night as the hotel filled up, which made it difficult for me to watch streaming programs on my laptop. Maybe a stronger service is needed

The room was spacious and easy to navigate. The wonderful young lady servicing rooms checked on me daily and switched out clean towels per my requests. Any time I had questions about getting around town or what might be good for dinner, the staff was more than kind enough to provide me with suggestions of their favorite local spots.

The walls were a bit thin, allowing noise to seep in from next door. I turned on the air conditioning fan on and that seemed to drown out the TV or conversations. It wasn't that bad and never kept me awake.

Hotel was great for the price. Breakfast was decent and not too crowded when we were there. Fitness center was okay. Very close to the subway. Beds were comfortable. Was a great hotel for the price - it wasn't a 5 star hotel but wasn't expecting that much for the price.

Had to pay for parking but it wasn't much. The hallways are all outside and the elevator was often broken but we just took the stairs. Both of the treadmills were broken in the fitness center but the other machines worked.

The staff at this facility were excellent, kind, willing to help with bags at late hours, and generally very helpful. The room had everything needed, although carpeting and more cleaning would have been nice.

The breakfast was described as a rotating set of foods and always good, but after a couple of days things started to disappear. By the last day, there was no milk, butter or cream cheese, the juice machine didn't work and it took forever for coffee to show up. Plus the staff spoke no English so there was no way to ask for things. For a pet friendly place, you expect some grass but the only grass were tiny areas around trees on the sidewalk clogged with trash. Also, the room floor was pretty filthy and they only clean once a week. One expects more for a room costing between $160 and $250.

I wish I had more time to actually enjoy the room. It had a built in hot tub plus a full bath. I only got the room to sleep for a few hours after a late flight in. Breakfast in the am surpassed my expectations. It was quite nice. The gentleman who checked me in around midnight was fantastic. Great personality and very hospitable. Lots of parking so no matter where your room was, you could find a spot close by.

It was a good hotel not great. Worth what we paid for it. Fairly convenient location to the interstate. Room & continental breakfast areas were clean. Breakfast was good.

There was no vent in the bathroom, just a light for steam. They came in and cleaned one day, even though we hadn't requested it, which wasn't a big deal. They default provided 4 towels & only 2 washcloths for 4 people, even after cleaning and knowing how many of us were there.

Smooth check in, comfortable stay, easy check out! The man at the front desk was very helpful. Clean sheets and safe, convenient location near restaurants, convenience shops, and a salon.

The shower was not super clean and flooded since it was ADA, but there was no other drain in the bathroom. Made it pretty messy for the night/morning.

The front desk was very helpful and gave us all information needed to make our stay comfortable. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a beautiful. There is a convenience store (7-Eleven), a gas station, a donut store, and a restaurant nearby.
