My visit went well because there were no problems. got checked in easily, clean rooms, good location for our sightseeing.

It was clean, comfortable, and great location. The free breakfast was good. most of the staff I've encountered was friendly and helpful.

There was a guy employee that worked there who was behind the check in counter who wasn't friendly or warm at all. He might need more training.Very unbecoming and unwelcoming.

Staff was good and accommodating. The stay was very comfortable, the location was great very close to fort Jackson like i needed.

I went to the desk and express my concern about the room. She was very understanding and ready and willing to fix immediately.

The bed, pillows, room space was excellent.

When I entered the room, there was a slight odor. I couldn’t tell if it was disinfectant or old air freshener. But it wasn’t so bad that I wanted to get another room. It was just a little different.

The price was reasonable. Everything was great except the toilet. We thought the pancake dispenser was very interesting.

The toilet in our room was to low to the floor. Making it hard to sit down and get up off of it. Had trouble finding the hotel as it was hidden behind another one. Could use a sign out near the road pointing to the hotel.

room was clean, liked having coffee in the lobby, breakfast had a decent selection for the price of the room, the bed was cofortable, it was quiet and the location was perfect for our needs.

You could tell that the room we were in used to be a smoking room, but not a huge issue for me and something I could fix myself. The Ice was only avaiable on the first floor, which was again not a huge issue for me but it might be for someone with mobility issues.

The only thing that bothered me at the hotel was the A. C in my room. And the telephone charger in my room didn't work

Booking.com accidentally charged me even though I prepaid. The front desk called for me and got it taken care of asap. Also very clean and bed was very comfortable

Bathroom and vanity space were small, and shower has no temperature control. Its only warm. Never can get it hot. Would like an additional mirror space in the room so more that one person can get ready at a time.

Clean, quiet and competitively priced. Really nice breakfast buffet. Facilities were new and well maintained.

Our room was really too small for two beds, we were on top of each other and had little space to put our things.
