Very nice suite. Our view was the inside courtyard and swimming pool. It was v. nice. The room was well laid out, felt like an apartment. The buffet was better than expected with eggs, and a side, also muffins, pancakes. Great coffee and also fruits, juices.......the whole thing.

The phone did not work in the room. But everything else was very comfortable. It was surprisingly nicer than expected.

Very clean, up to date, very nice, really liked the technology within the room.

The parking was a bit hard around 9 pm. They had a storage container taking up 4-5 parking spots which would have come in great use. I also didn’t like that you had to drive around the building to get to your room. Sort of like a “motel” but still very appealing building

This hotel is in a prime location with clean rooms, the staff is attentive, friendly and responsive. Morning breakfast is awesome, overall check-in and check-out process is smooth.

Inconsistency in what was completed during room cleaning (coffee packets not routinely left, dishwasher not routinely run.)

Very clean. Good beds and pillows. Very quiet and well-maintained. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

It would have been nice to have more egg options (e.g. boiled) occasionally for breakfast.

I really liked the lobby, the room was equally comfortable, clean and very well organized.

There were no parts I didn't like, the hotel is in very good condition.

The sleeper sofa mattress was very thin with very uncomfortable springs which I felt all night. Bad nights sleep

exceptional night staff who was working late mid night and came out to show us our building location in sub zero and freezing night . really really helpful . I forgot to ask his name but he was exceptional indian person who provided exceptional service in this sub zero winter storm night on 15 th january

The beds

People were making noises when I complained the person at the desk Alik I believe was his name came to my room instead of calling me and put me on the spot in front of people

The layout was awesome, Bed very comfortable. I loved the kitchen.

The loveseat was horrble. It smelled bad and very uncomfortable. The shower/tub filled with water everytime you used it and didn't drain harlly at all.
