There were options for breakfast (Continental breakfast included with room price). Location was central to everything we needed. We felt safe and comfortable on the property. All the employees we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything in working order.

Only thing to improve upon would be to have the ability to pay with a credit/debit card for the vending machines. It's a small thing, but when you'd like a snack and don't have cash, it becomes a bigger thing ;)

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly . The atmosphere on GameDay was fantastic . The shuttle driver Barb was amazing and entertaining . Front desk was very helpful even resolved a major issue and saved me money in the process . Facilities were clean and the endless hot water was nice for showers . The tailgate food was A+ also

Upon checking in the room smelled extremely damp/ moldy . Shower was a bit rusty . Also no USB ports for phone or other device charging

We only came for the night, due to youth sports so didn’t do too much looking. but it was comfortable, the area seemed safe enough. The lady who checked us in was fast and it was an easy check in experience. Popcorn and cookies in the lobby! The free breakfast was great, grabbed breakfast on the way out the door to our game, not having to stop somewhere and spend more money and time was fantastic! The options were great too. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles (regular mix or strawberry mix), yogurts, muffins, breakfast bars, juice coffee hot chocolate. The room was comfortable, you’re close to a lot of fast food options. We were only there for the night, so can’t be horrible honest about the area.

Obviously, sleeper sofa isn’t the most comfortable. And the carpet in the room felt damp, I chalked it up to the humidity/ac running and it just being Florida. Small irritation but, the sleeper sofa sheets and stuff should be in the closet in the room. Had to go down to the lobby as we’re getting ready for bed, around 11 ,to get the sheets pillow and blanket for the pullout. Like I said, small irritation and inconvenience.

The staff was so Friendly upon check in ! She was a wealth of information on the area and association to the local university. The Continental breakfast was greatly presented, clean and tidy and had your standard breakfast selections you would expect. The Fresh baked cookies available with Coffee on our late check in were a nice touch !

Our Bathtub seemed to have a lot staining on the floor area, not sure if it was poor cleaning or just age. There was only one elevator for the whole hotel which seemed to be working overtime and made some sketchy sounds at times !! Also there are a few dark areas of the parking lot that made me feel uneasy with a late check in.

Location, Friendliness of Staff, cleanliness inside n & out, size of room, bed height, attentiveness to when an easy repair was completed. The toilet seat was broken and we told the desk as we were going out for the day. When we returned to our room, it had been repaired. parking lot was well lit at night.

The mattress was beginning to allow the slats to be felt. But not enough to be not enough to be uncomfortable.

The breakfast was as expected. The variety was good. Hot foods were hot and cold foods were cold. Coffee is in the lobby and I knew that, yet early in the morning I didn’t recall. I had to ask where’s the coffee?

The initial room I was assigned on the first floor had a bad odor. It may have been mildew, but I’m not sure. I just knew I wasn’t going to be able to sleep in there, so I asked for a room change and the lady at the desk was so nice and kind to me. The room I had on the 3rd floor was perfect and I had a good night’s sleep.

The room as well as the lobby were quite clean and the staff super welcoming. Perfect stay if you’re travelling north and need to stop for 1 night.

There’s too much plastic at breakfast. We’re highly conscious about sustainability, and I believe it’s crucial to make a positive impact by using as little plastic as possible. Additionally, I would have appreciated seeing more local produce and food to help support the local economy

I opted for price over comfort for this visit as we were going to be staying only one night and arriving late and leaving early. We were pleasantly surprised - big bed, fluffy towels, good shower, very clean, good breakfast including boiled eggs and fruit. Lovely friendly lady on the front desk. Popcorn and cookies available on arrival

Shame to see individual toiletries and plastic cutlery with every spoon and knife individually wrapped in plastic

It's location is very convenient to Shands Hospital. The inn provides a comfortable night's rest with a good complimentary hot breakfast.

The handicap shower in the room is somewhat clumsy to use for containing the water in the shower basin.

Location was good and the room was pretty clean. Staff was friendly and room was ready in minutes, the place is nice and quiet.

Noticed some corrosion on some fixtures and one of the beds sheets had a stain. But we only needed one bed so it wasn't a big deal for us.
