Check-in/ check-out at the other hotel. Keeping 2 different keys: one for the building gate, another - for the room.

Lively room in a controlled access area within sn old apartment/office block ( sounds worse than it is). Romm was very nice, beds a bit on the hard side for me, but of course thats personal preference. 2 mins from Piazza Bra and the Arena. Also close to many bud routes if you want that kind of thing. Verona is very compact so location was not the best, it is hardly even worth mentioning. Check in is in the hotel reception on the opposite dide of the street and this is also where breakfast was. Staff generally very good, cleanliness good, facilities good. And take a look at the epic staircase up to the hotel.

I mentioned the hotel across the road and the breakfast. The breakfast area was awful., dark and dingy and HOT. Selection was fairly standard, but just a bit meh, I didn’t get a quality feeling. One morning we went down at 10:10 and they were already clearing away 20 mins before end of breakfast. Another couple turned up 10 mins later, and were left with virtually nothing Definitely not 4*. It was so bad we opted for McDonald’s next door on the 3rd morning.

Spacious modern room across the road from the main hotel. Parking is situated underground just around the corner, 1st right before the hotel drive down into the car park. €21 for 24hrs. Breakfast was great with multiple choices. We would stay again, central location, literally arms distance away from the main tourist attractions.

Wasn’t aware of car park charges as we booked the hotel with free parking. Wasn’t a massive issue but still cost us €21 for 24hrs. The room we stayed in was across the road and the breakfast is across the road as well. Wasn’t a massive drama but isn’t described in the advertisement.

Location was very close to Piazza Bra.

There was a coffee machine in the room. Being British we would have preferred a kettle so we could make tea. The main issue we had is that despite temps of 22 degrees outside and 24 degrees in the room, the air con was switched off centrally. We had to keep the windows open at night, which meant sleep was disturbed by traffic/noise.

Modern room, big bathroom, comfy bed, amenities available, excellent breakfast (consisting of pastries such as various crossaints, american pancakes and etc), choice of eggs, different kind of salami (including turkey), fruits corner, very tasty coffee from coffee machines. Note to everyone, check in and breakfast is in a nearby hotel for this venue in particular (located one next to each other). However, do not let that discourage you in booking here as it will meet all of your expectations during your stay in Verona :).

Air Suite is across a busy street from the hotel where you check in, go for information and have breakfast. It’s a bit of a pain going back and forth, especially when you forget something in your room.

The hotel room was very large and spacious. The room was very nice and bathroom was Lovely. Very close to the centre which is good. Felt very secure in the property.

The check in process was confusing as have to check in at hotel over the road however soon sorted this. There were no staff in reception of the hotel therefore means leaving the property if needing to speak to anyone.

Great location mext to Verona Arena, in a safe trip full of nice cafeterias, bakeries anf restaurants. The room was in a very nice building full of laywer offices. The rooms was big, fresh, clean and modern. Super simple check-in and check-ou from a hotel in the other side of the street. I would choose it again.

Small negative details. The air-condition was blowing cold air directlt on us and it was tough to adjust on a comfortable temperature. Sometimes the water from the tap was boiling hot and we couldn't make it cold for a few minutes.

Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Couldn’t ask for a better location which is very near the main square and amphitheater. A wonderful city to visit with great accommodation. Loved Verona. Breakfast was adequate, although didn’t like the scrambled eggs or that there wasn’t grain bread available to toast, only white.

Check-in was easy at the hotel opposite. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel luggage storage. Included breakfast is served at the hotel opposite too, but we did not go for it due to an early train. The room was amazing, very big, modern and clean. Extremely close to the arena and other sightseeing locations.
