Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was great and easy to find. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. And, we were pleasantly surprised by being served an unexpected, lovely breakfast delivered to our room! The room was quiet and we had our own balcony on the fourth floor.

Location perfect, very close to all the important places. Personel very friendly. In our room the AC was not working properly, and the receptionist (or hotel manager) came very quickly with the technician. They couldn´t fix it immediately, but anyhow the service and response time were extremely fast and good.

Mold in the shower. Breakfast brought in the room - on one side sounds ok, but on the other side, very poor breakfast - croissant ok, glass of juice ok, coffee ok, but no real bread - only bought/packed toasts, and a couple of jams/nutella. No eggs, sousages, salami or similar...

Location. Quickie spot. Fun to locate in Benice street maze

Have to leave at set time 10am or you get charged. Also no security if ask to leave bags for a few hours ( at your own risk)

The hotel is very close to Rialto bridge and also not far from San Marco, which makes easy to get to using the public boats. We arrived in the evening and the keys were waiting for us at the reception, making check in very easy and comfortable. We had the room on the 4th floor, with a private balcony which was great (decent view and nice to just sit there in the morning). The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed.

Getting to the 4th floor was a bit hard but thankfully we had small trollies. If you are coming with big luggage, or have problems climbing a lot of stairs I would recommend that you speak with the hotel in advance! Apart from that, everything was brilliant

The room was small, but beautiful and plenty for two of us. We had the only room with a small terrace that was beautiful to look over the rooftops and relax a little each day. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable during our stay. The location was great - it was close to all the big sites, but tucked back off a main walkway so didn't ever feel overwhelmed or congested. The staff were lovely and welcoming. We felt safe the entire stay.

We didn't expect the narrow and steep climb to our 4th floor room. Due to being on a work trip before coming to Venice we had more luggage than normal and having to lug it up all the stairs was rough, but worth it once we got in.

We found this hotel to be excellent value for money in a great location in central Venice. There are loads of wonderful restaurants, bars and shops very close by, and yet, due to the design of the building, the rooms were incredibly quiet and so we slept very well here. The reception staff were professional and fast with check in and check out. The room we had was up the top and had a brilliant rooftop terrace with views out over the surrounding rooftops which I think you wouldn't normally get in Venice at this price point. The room was a good size with a lovely bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the room had nice furnishings

The shower over the bath was quite slippery and the shower screen wasn't effective so water went everywhere each time we showered. Our room was at the very top of the building up several flights of narrow stairs however this was well advertised and we were expecting it - I just wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. Cleanliness inside the room was of a very high standard but there was heaps of old cigarette butts in the planters outside which was fairly unpleasant - seemed like they hadn't been picked up via housekeeping in some time.

Decor of the room was very fitting with the 'Venice Vibe'. Location was great, everything was directly on the door step. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean. Staff allowed us to store our pram/stroller on ground floor.

Unfortunately there isn't a lift and when traveling with a child its difficult to get to the top floor which we were on. This is a personal problem not a hotel problem. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning however it was limited in choice. Fridge in the room would be helpful but again that is preference. Overall great stay and would use again.

Really enjoyed our stay which was our first in Italy , Location was perfect right in the middle of everything and a fantastic pub called The Devils Forest Pub near enough next door which was always busy with visitors and locals alike. Breakfast was perfect to start your day off. What really capped our stay off was how friendly the team were and nothing was to much of an issue. Super friendly. If I ever stay in Venice again we would look no further than here. Thanks Again Lee & Lisa
