Рекомендую ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good hotel. 5-10 minutes walk from the bus station. Quiet place, friendly staff. Everything is very beautiful inside. The room was surprising, spacious and clean. Large bed, bathroom excellent.Everything is very clean. The plumbing is new. Excellent hygiene kit in the bathroom. Be sure to order breakfast. Everything is according to the rules of healthy eating. The price and quality for Venice are excellent.

Well, a difficult one to review, as I'd booked a room and was given an apartment. It was a lovely apartment though, very spacious, with a big living room, kitchen, big bedroom, and a bath. Everything was immaculate, and the bed very comfortable. It just came as a surprise. Wonderful location, tucked away, very quiet. It's a very short walk to a boat stop, and actually we walked all over Venice from the hotel. Lovely coffee shop/restaurant just round the corner. Smart, organised hotel reception.

Bedroom a bit cold without a duvet or a blanket, but it was a peculiarly cool, wet spell in Venice.

Room was clean - A/C worked well once we figured it out.

It was a family room" meant to accommodate 3 people. However because it was an attic room there were a lot of low beams and low ceilings to deal with, making it difficult to move around easily and making it impossible to shower except sitting in the tub. Also there is no elevator so we had to carry our bags up three flights of stairs. The standard double rooms looked to be a better deal, and will work for most people If I were to return as three people I would probably book two rooms, even if that is more expensive

Did not try the breakfast, 15 min walk to Santa Lucia train station iwater taxi access point. St basilica(If taking water taxi from Venice airport to this hotel ) Also, the vaporetto water bus stop is close by( short walk ) versus 80 euros for private water transportation

Reception is wonderful very accommodating. Let us leave our luggage while we explored before check in , It was a little weird that the receptionist did not ask for us to validate our identification before handing us our room key but overall great stay good neighbourhood safe, secure, easy access to everything

Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff around 24/7, and our favourite stay of our whole trip around Italy. This hotel is in a quiet part of Venice, but not far away from the Grand Canal and other touristy spots in Venice. Our room overlooked the canal and the staff really looked after us! The bed was super comfy and the shower was wonderful - it was perfect for our few days stay in Venice. I also liked the fact the hotel staff would hold onto your room keys while you were out, which removed the stress of possibly losing them.

About ten minutes walk from bus and train station in a non touristy quiet area. Professionally staffed and helpful reception. Large room with all the usual amenities. Great shower with a spacious cubicle . Decor is an older classical style which is fine for Venice - adds atmosphere. We found rooms a bit hot but easily solved by opening a window. Nearby restaurants and bars full of locals and for Venice reasonably priced.

Unfortunately we had bad weather but Venice still an amazing place even in the rain.

I like that its quiet and just beside the canal. They have a public water taxi just around 5-7 mins walk. Its abit further than the duomo but you can just take the water taxi. The hotel is clean and a mix of classic and modern design. It doesn’t have a lift, so anyone with big luggage be aware. The hotel staff was very attentive and kept on messaging us to offer a private taxi services. We are glad they did. I dont advise walking with luggage from train station santa lucia to the hotel. It’s a hassle because venice has a lot of bridges and stairs.

Nothing

There are many beautiful Venetian spots and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy to get to the city center. The rooms are small but cozy, and the area is quite quiet. We were traveling as a group of three with a child, and there was a fold-out chair provided for the child. We unfolded it ourselves and shared our pillows and blankets with them, but overall, we liked the hotel. The croissants at breakfast were pretty good.

The only thing missing in the room was a mirror.

After we dealt with some noise issues, the stay was good. The hotel manager, Claudia, was very accommodating and tried her best to make us feel at ease. So for that we are grateful for.

It’s a luck of a draw which room you get assigned… depending on your noise tolerance level. Some rooms are better sound proofed than the others. But that goes for a lot of the older establishments in Venice. Communication is the key. Be nice to the staff.

the location was perfect. It was easy to access from the taxi that dropped us off. Also, it was out of the tourist fray so it was very quiet and we were able to walk into Venice easily. We went out for breakfast in the mornings and were able to find 'local' spots that were perfect. Also, when we left, because of where we were, we were able to walk to the taxi easily. The hotel was a lovely old house right on the canal. Great location.

The breakfast room is quite dark so we didn't eat there. However, that was the only downside - everything else was terrific.
