Firstly, all the staff so helpful and friendly. Room was double room with a balcony. Hotel is very old &very out dated but our room was lovely. Bathroom newly done up and very clean. Beds made everyday and fresh towel ready after a long day of walking exploring Venice. Literally 2min walk to the Main square and other sote seeings. Would defo stay again..Really nice bar to the left of the hotel (can't remember what it's called but chilled vibe and few little seats outside)

Resteraunts located outside the hotel. I would not eat in them, we ate as we had just arrived but very overpriced if you walk 2/3mins over the rivers they're is a quirky bar just to the left not sure of the name bit they do fab cocktails it's just up on the left across from a little convince store🥰

Traditional, family-run Venice hotel ideally located in the heart of the Castello near San Marco. The hotel is modest, with smallish rooms, but it is impeccably clean and run by an incredibly warm and helpful staff, likely reflective that this is a family-owned establish and the owners are regularly onsite working the front desk and making sure things run smoothly. I come to Venice every year for work and this has been the best value for money of all my trips so far. I will definitely be back.

The staffs were friendly and very helpful! The room is very clean and tiny. Super great location to the water bus station, restaurant & bars and it is also in nice walkable distance to the biennale. It got everything I needed it. At the end, it is more of a personal preference of the mattress is too soft, and your hip you sink into the mattress while you sleep through the night, which is not what I prefer to be more of a firm mattress. Otherwise, everything is great; will come back again next time visiting Venice.

Excellent location, close to everything, including the boats to the airport. We get a super nice bedroom with terrasse (with sofas and table, room number 11) and views to S. Zaccaria church. Very clean, towels were changed every day. The minor inconvenient was the shower, that is a small bathtube but manageable after some 'training' :-). BIG ADVANTAGE: this hotel has a lift!!!. Staff was smiling and welcoming, they provided us with some hints to visit and move around. I recommend the breakfast buffet, good coffee and pastries. We would stay there again.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The air con was ice cold! Our stay was much better than expected from looking at the hotel online.

The breakfast didnt have much selection at all. Personally i think it is better to go to one of the cheaprr cafés for breakfast which were suggested to us by the staff and were 1 min walk away If I were to visit venice again I would definitely come back to this hotel! Our experience was great!

The location was excellent to see all that Venice has to offer. We took the Alilaguna water transportation from the airport to the San Zaccaria stop. From there it was a 4-5 minute walk that was fairly easy pulling our luggage as it was flat with no canals to cross. The hotel is family owned and operated. They spoke English and were very accommodating and helpful with directions. Saint Marks plaza, basilica, Doge’s palace, and the canals are a short 5-10 minute walk.

Great location and friendly staff. Room was compact but spotless, good air con and good powerful shower. Only short walk to San Marco so a great base to explore Venice. Near to waterbus routes also. Local streets have plenty restaurants. Nice little wine bar on corner of building a great way to relax and end an evening.

Not a reflection on hotel but did encounter the city pickpockets near Rialto. Just be aware who is around you especially on bridges and keep your valuables secure.

The location was great, just behind San Zachariah water shuttle stop and very close to San Marco square. The breakfast was good too, there were varieties of tea coffee and some fruits. It was OK.

I always include breakfast in my bookings amd i did on this, but We were surprised when they said that the breakfast was not included in our booking, that reservations from Booking.com do not include breakfasts so it has to be paid separately.

Lovely small clean hotel with helpful stuff, fantastically situated, 3 min from vaporetto stop Zaccaria and 7 min walk to San Marco Square. A lot of restorants and trattorias with good Italian food around. Hotel has elevator which is perfect. Clean new towels and soap every day. Special greetings to Frederico, who was very kind and helpful towards our small company visiting Venice

Location 10/10 and the room we got was 10/10. I travell a lot, asked for top floor room with a good view and they gave me room with terrace to inside yard with a view to a church. Quiet place full with restaurants and bars around. Enjoyed every minute in that place, It was real Venice I felt in that hotel. The staff itself were very helpfull, especially Diego, who gave us direction were to go and what to visit. The room itself was good, i Wouldn say it was superb but it was good for the value we paid. Always stay in this hotel, because comfortable bed, good wifi, cheap breakfast for 9€ (cheaper then outside hotel) and most of all its staff. Surely comeback with my childrens and ask for the same room :)
