The location was excellent: in the heart of the city, and somehow tranquil. The room was good, though the bed was not very comfortable, but it was still good. The property was clean. They had a furnished kitchen, which may be helpful.

The bed was a sofa that transformed into a bed! So, it was not so comfortable. The place for check-in and the apartment the room was in were not at the same address, making it uncomfortable to arrive there with that luggage. So, I recommend calling before going for check-in. They did not have paper towels in the room, which is essential.

The location of the outhouse is about 10 minutes walk accross 4 canals but closer to the centre and 2mins from a boat ferry stop. It did come as a bit of a surprise on arrival at main hotel location but was worth it. Travel light! There is no breakfast but lots of places nearby for food at any time of day.

The bathroom was shared with 1 other room and the neighbours were sadly not very careful re early morning noise levels, used the bathroom frequently for long periods and used one of our towels hung to dry, for the floor. Bring your own towel and soap as bath towels provided are thin and not very practical.

The hotel location is very central, close to the train station and other popular places. The room is clean and with air conditioning. The area is also quite.

The room we booked consists of two king size beds. they are nice beds, quite authentic wrt Venice atmosphere. If only one of the beds is changed to a single bed, the room may become more spacious.

Nice location, nearby a boat station, old-fashioned furniture with a modern bathroom, friendly stuff 🤝🏼 There is a mosquito fumigator in the room and air conditioner which is lovely in a hot Italy)

A little noisy, as there are wooden doors and you can hear the neighbors coming in. View of the wall, but this is not critical. Also no safe in the room.

Good location, good price. Nice room with good bedside lights. Shared bathroom wasn't a problem.

Lights on the stairs often not working - no switches, only automatic. Air conditioner hard to operate with remote. I gave up and unplugged it. A small desk would have been helpful.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Gave great recommendations for food and attractions . Very safe and homey hotel .

I thought the room would have been bigger than it was , however I really did enjoy the cozy feel . Nothing bad to say :)

The room was excellent, we even got upgraded to a mini suite with a kitchen. The bed was comfortable for two people.

There could have been more facilities in the bathroom. To be precise, they could've provided actual towels and hand cloths along with a floor mat instead of something which seemed like a small bedsheet to wipe yourself. Also, the shower was clogged, something that could be maintained better.

We did not expect much but this hotel did surprise us! so clean big bed great location. We were not expecting our room to be cleaned and we’re very pleased when it was! we were to share a shared bathroom but no one was beside us which means we got to use it for ourselves too:) I cannot fault anything about this quirky hotel:)

Loved the room and the location, was situated where I needed to be especially the train station

Room was spacious. I liked the giant cupboards to place luggage and clothing in. Helped keep the room neat and clutter free. Tall ceilings which I heard can be rare in Venice. They do have someone come and clean and switch out your towes everyday as well. Location was nice. It is an appartment. So you check in at the main location and walk to the other place. I was a little surprised by this (and sad as I had my big backpacking bags) but the appartment is in a good location. It is very secure. Locked external extrance, locked door into the 2 appartments and bathroom area, then locked room.

Bathroom was in the hallway between 2 appartments. So you had to either lock your bedroom door with the key or leave it unlocked when you used the facilities. It was just extra steps to constantly be locking and unlocking the doors. Bed was a little hard for me...and I like firm beds.
