Location was 7 minutes away from the Rialto water bus station. It was good but not when we had to take our bags to and from it. Many restaurants and big shopping area near by. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed but the pillows were a bit hard. Nice bathroom.

Delightful room, warm with control of the radiators. Clearly effort was put into the Baroque style of the furnishings. The bathroom was wonderful and shower amazing for pressure and the soap products provided were fantastic. Daily room service was perfect even when I didn’t request it. I loved that i could leave my bags after checkout with no problem. I only encountered two staff members but they were very kind and helpful. The location was fantastic.

I did miss not having a common area as a way to feel part of something. So it was like half Airbnb experience and half hotel. But no complaints! I thought the price excellent. I imagine it is higher in the other months. The walls are a bit thin on the first foor so I could hear another guest snoring next to me. That’s why I have ear plugs! I hope to have another chance to stay at the hotel proper, everyone seems genuinely kind. ❤️

Good location, 5-10min walk to main areas and boat stops. The room was small but did the job and was clean. Was great to have a kettle and the room was beautifully decorated. Bathroom was small, shower was very small and pressure was okay, it had good consistent hot water. Keyless and contactless check-in was easy. Storage of bags after checkout was possible at their nearby hotel, a 1-2min walk.

We were offered a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room in Pallazina Fortuny, 1min walk from Casa alla Fenice, which made our stay in Venice amazing! The hotel staff was exceptional, very kind, polite, ready to answer all our questions and extremely helpful. Housekeeping was offered every single day, with clean towels, free toiletries etc. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences! Totally recommended!

The location was great, really close to everything there is to visit. The room has the same theme as the La Fenice Theatre which is very close. The room was cozy and the bed was nice, the room and bathroom were clean and I really liked the smart lock on the entrance door, no need for a key or card that you can lose.

There was a leak inside the bathroom that I could hear. The entrance door felt like it would open whenever the neighbours opened their doors.

Location was great, accommodations very clean, bathroom was large and shower worked great, AC also worked great. Inner courtyard view was very nice. Room aesthetics were great and added to the quality of our stay. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The room we had was TINY I’m sure you could have a different room and it would be fine but just be warned for two people only one suitcase could be open at a time. The bed was a good size and comfortable but just lack of other space. Also, the hotel has no common areas really for sitting or lounging after the day so ur really either out or in the tiny room

The room was clean, there was kettle for tea and coffee, blow dry, close to main attractions, restaurants , we got our room before check in, which was amazing

Room and shower is small, we got 2 tiny bottles of shower soap for 3 days, for 2 people, when outside +35 degrees you need it more than anything else , I asked for more, they didn’t bring it. We had to buy in store.

Location was amazing!! La Fenice theatre 2 minutes. Rialto bridge 6 minutes. Sn Mark 7 minutes by walk. This place exactly center of everywhere. Manager was so nice and helpful. She try to solve our alllll problems with a passion. There is a tea/coffee maker in the room. When I need an iron she gave me. Not charge it. Thank you! The room was so artistic wallpapers. Feels like sleep in 19s century. There were too many towels in the bathroom. We don’t need more in 3 days. There is no problem about hot water. Internet was excellent. Zero problem about connection. If I come to Venice again I am going to stay here again and again. Strongly advise !

The contact from the staff began immediately after booking. They were professional and efficient. They arranged for us to drop bags at a local hotel whilst our room was prepared. They responded quickly to problems, which were minimal. The room was close to all local amenities, very central.

All the doors were electronic, no physical key, kept forgetting the PIN number.

Casa Fenice is perfectly located between Rialto, San Marco, and the Accademia bridge. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is welcoming.

The check-out time is on the early side, and a bit vague (10am-10:30am). Tea and instant coffee in the room are not refilled during your stay, it would be nice to leave some tea/coffee in the hall, so guests can have tea beyond the first day of their stay.
