Even if from outside the building doesn't look so nice, the rooms are new and clean, and there is everything you need inside, also a shared kitchen where to make coffee, tea or cook. It is also very close to the Bus stop for Venice, which is reachable in just 20 minutes (5 min walk to the Bus stop + 15 min by bus to Venice). There is also a big supermarket nearby

Mestre, the city where the building is located, is not really nice and it doesn't look a safe place where to walk around during the night (at least that area, close to the Train station)

Our room wqs huge and very clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need for a few days stay. The manager was so lovely, he loved to chat and offered to make our beds and give our room a vacuum daily. He also allowed us to store our luggage on our last day for 12 hours. The apartment is in a great location, right by the train station, bus stop with buses going to Venice, and supermarkets.

The kitchen didn’t have great ventilation so the smell of cooking hung around. While we were staying some other guests made a complaint about the smell of a vegetable stew (tomato and garlic based), so cooking in the kitchen is limited to boiling pasta/eggs, making coffee and other things that don’t smell.

Clean, comfortable, renovated. Very polite and helpful host. Individual and big bathroom - also clean. It smells good in the apartment, cleaning is done every day. There is a shared kitchen (3 rooms in total) with everything you need. Coffee is free of charge. The location is very convinient. The bus stop to Venice is 2 minutes walking and the train station is 6-7 minutes away. Overall a very good place for couples on budget.

There are only two small disadvantages: Heating/cooling is central and out of the season it's off. So if it's cold outside, it's a bit chill inside and you need additional blankets. The building is not attractive and the entrance smells like a main dish every day because everyone is cooking.

Great location, host was super friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend staying here over staying in Venice's city center. What many people might not realise, Venice's streets can ONLY be used by pedestrians. Meaning you would have to carry your luggage through the narrow and busy streets. Staying just outside of Venice is a far better option in my opinion and this apartment is amazingly well located. Only 2min. walk away from a bus stop that will take you to Venice directly. Bus tickets are super cheap and bus goes regularly. Room was nice, clean and comfy, definitely recommended!

The property is very clean, the room and the shared kitchen. It has all you need. The location is strategic, close to metro, few minutes away from bus station and there is supermarket close by. It is still quite. The Host was very supportive and provided all the info we needed and hints for touring in venice and mestre. He allowed for early check in which was very helpful because we arrived early morning. We were also able to leave our luggage until we left to the airport.

Nothing major. It was good for the money paid.

The room was very nice, with air conditioning, a wardrobe and a desk with a large mirror. The bathroom was very clean and it came with shampoo, bodywash and hand soap. The location was great as it was a short walk to either the bus stop or train station, straight into Venice.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have hoped, but I managed to get much needed rest after lots of walking around Venice. The area feels a bit like you wouldn't want to walk around at night by yourself, however, that may just be because it was a new place to us. We never had any issues.

We stay for 3 night in a hotel. It is nice place near bus/train station, 2 min to supermarkets. From bus stop, that is 200m from the building, you could get in 15-20 min to Venice. Place is clean and has everything you need: kettle, coffee machine and small kitchen . Air condition and fan works good, we did not feel too warm . As a bonus, you could leave luggage in the morning and come back when you want. Administrator answered us quick and was helpful.

Friendy host, the room was perfect for a Short visit to Venice. Close to bus stops to quickly reach Venice. After reading the reviews, we were a bit worried about the location but it's not as bad as they paint it to be. Area is lighting and it was peaceful at night. Even though it is not in a centric part of Mestre, it has a couple of Osterias nearby and a huge supermarket in front.

The room was cosy, bathroom was clean and well provided, there was a shared kitchen area that looked good but we didn't use it. The manager was great, stayed behind to let us in when our plane was delayed, then stayed behind for a general chat apparently we live near his sister back in Manchester, a small world!

The lift was a bit small but at least there was one, very surprised to find out how much the manager has to pay for it's maintenance, seems way over the odds.
