I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Venice after our experience here! We spent over a week in one of the Comfort one-bedroom apartments, and it was ideal in every way. The space was generous and equipped with everything you could possibly need. They even provided thoughtful extras like olive oil, vinegar, spices, cream, a selection of drinks, a coffee maker, and a moka pot for espresso. Cleaning supplies, a kitchen towel, and table mats were also included, making it incredibly convenient. On top of that, the apartment featured a mini fridge, dishwasher, and even a washing machine! Everything was impeccably clean, and the furnishings were very comfortable. The modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise, with a shower that felt much roomier than it looked at first glance, and the shower wand worked perfectly. Both the living room and bedroom had individually controlled AC units, cleverly hidden behind wood panels that blended seamlessly with the decor. The location couldn’t have been better—just a three-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and bakeries. The apartment’s amenities made it easy for us to mix dining out with grabbing takeout or cooking meals from groceries we picked up at Coop or Despar, which kept things simple and affordable during our stay. Being right in the heart of Venice meant we could walk everywhere with ease. We didn’t even need to use the water buses at all. The service was also outstanding. Andrea and her assistant were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even assisting us when we needed to extend our stay at the last minute, making the process completely seamless. This place really offers the best of both worlds: the space and comfort of an apartment with the attention and reliability of a hotel. The entire building is made up of apartments managed by Ca’ Della Scimmia, so it felt very secure and well-maintained.
Nothing, it was fantastic.

The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped with amenities. It is very well located making it easy to walk to main sights and to join walking tours. A highlight is the helpful and friendly service from our welcomist, Andrea.
The apartment's proximity to the market and outdoor seating for drinking sites meant that our first night was plagued by a very large group of drunk tourists making a lot of noise until very late. Unfortunately our 2nd floor accommodation and double-glazed windows couldn't keep the noise out. This is beyond the control of the accommodation and white noise from the air-conditioning unit helped with sleeping.

The stay at Ca' della scimmia was WAY beyond my expectations! We needed to book last minute because of a mistake we made with our original hotel, so we picked the first available place that we could find, and honestly this was the best mistake of our life. The apartment is gorgeous, with amazing modern furniture, comfortable beds and seating and an overall very cozy vibe, it actually feels like a home. They also provide anything you could need for your stay, like beverages, slippers, bath robes and bathroom necessities, all of it included in the price, which is a nice change since most hotels charge for anything you take from the fridge. There was also a machine machine which can be very useful. They also include a very helpful newspaper style pamphlet that explains everything you'll find in your apartment and how to use it. The staff that greeted us was very kind and helpful, he explained everything we needed to know for our stay. He was very welcoming and friendly as well :) The area is right next to the Rialto bridge, and has a lot of shops and good food spots around. Overall, amazing experience. When we visit Venice next time, we'll definitely book here again.
The apartment was perfect, but I think adding a sign for the building could be useful (I'll add that the staff called me right after our booking but I didn't see, which is on me lol). Also keep in mind that the area is quite noisy, but it quiets down later in the night. I would recommend bringing some ear plugs :). This also isn't the fault of the apartments but I thought I'd say it.

I had an experience that was simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Andrea, a true professional, who made us feel right at home. The rooms we stayed in were extraordinary. Spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, they were the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the high-quality linens contributed to a restful sleep. I also greatly appreciated the facilities, such as the well-stocked mini-bar… moreover, we had a wonderful surprise when our host gifted us two bottles of Prosecco, which I savoured together with my friends. The bathrooms were very clean, equipped with toiletry products. The hotel's location is excellent! Very close to the Rialto Bridge, we were able to explore the city on foot without needing any transportation. Additionally, Andrea provided us with plenty of useful information about places to visit and restaurants in the area. I highly recommend Ca' della Scimmia - Rialto Bridge to anyone looking for a quality accommodation experience. I will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

As a frequent traveler to Venice for both work and personal reasons, I have had the privilege of staying in many accommodations across the city. Among them, Ca’ della Scimmia stands out as one of the finest, offering an exceptional experience in every aspect. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Venice, this residence is an ideal choice for any traveler—whether solo, as a couple, or with family. Its strategic location ensures effortless exploration, with Rialto Mercato and Rialto vaporetto stops just steps away. Major landmarks such as Santa Lucia, Piazzale Roma, San Marco, and Ponte dell’Accademia are all within a pleasant 15- to 20-minute walk, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the city’s beauty with ease. The surrounding area offers an authentic Venetian living experience, unlike many other parts of the city. Right under the residence, you’ll find banks, pharmacies, bars, grocery stores, supermarkets, and some of Venice’s finest restaurants and pubs. Most notably, the famous Rialto Market is just outside, where you can discover the freshest produce, from vibrant fruits to exquisite seafood—perfect for those who wish to embrace the true flavors of Venice. Whether day or night, this location remains lively and convenient, offering everything you need without even having to walk far. The accommodations themselves are a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, designed with understated sophistication. The loft-style suites are thoughtfully furnished, providing both the warmth of home and the refinement of a boutique hotel. The plush beds, tasteful decor, and modern amenities create an inviting atmosphere where every detail is curated for an exceptional stay. What truly sets this place apart, however, is its remarkable hospitality. I had the pleasure of meeting Valentina during my last visit, and Andrea and Jacopo this time—all of whom were extraordinarily kind, generous, and attentive.

My boyfriend and I are travelling often to Venice, sometimes due to work or just enjoying the Biennale. Our trip was very spontaneous this time and our favourite hotels and apartments were already occupied. From now on Ca' della Scimia will be definitely in our list. We had a request on the day of our arrival, and Andrea was super nice, she responded very quickly and offered us a solution which definitely exceeded our expectations. The apartments are super clean and as already seen in the pictures furnished with good quality furniture, feels like home. - To other guests, please preserve it.. ;) We had an exceptional stay and can only recommend you to book one of the apartments, we will definitely do so next time. :)
Nothing to complain about.. :)

This is one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed at. This level kindness and welcome and personal attention are rare. The apartment itself is stunning and we even were given an upgrade on arrival! I was traveling with my 4 year old and the host Andrea even provided a couple of books for kids about Venice that we could use during our stay. There’s a welcome aperitif and there were also cookies for the little one. Location super easy to get to, and close to all. Venice is a splendor and the stay here was as well. My daughter even said she missed the host :) Grazie mille Andrea di tutto. Spero di ritornare presto. Anna

Modern and stylish look. Complementary beverages as well as plethora of coffee to choose from. Spacious elevator (very hard to find!) Friendly and helpful staff, Ciao to Andrea and Jaccoppo. Don't be deceived by the nondescript entrance to the hotel! The comfort of staying at this hotel is at par to a 5-star hotel. Fragrance of the room to offset the stench of the grand canal.

The hospitality and accommodations were exceptional!!! They walk you through everything, even supplying a much appreciated video. The apartment was much bigger than expected. Only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the beautiful apartment. The location is perfect and is very close to the boat making it convenient for those with luggage. No breakfast, but an amazing coffee selection and snacks and beverage’s. They provided us with many restaurant recommendation’s as well. Very clean with nice amenities. Loved the Eames chair as well. Thank you for a perfect stay!
Loved everything!

Just a few steps away from the Rialto Mercato water bus stop. No need to drag or carry your luggage through the streets of Venice. Just a couple of meters away from the famous Rialto bridge and everything you need is just close by. The apartment was spacious, super clean and fully equipped with the essentials. Valentina was an absolute star, she made us feel at home, shared a Venice itinerary and made sure we had everything we needed for the best stay possible. As someone who tends to always opt for hotels I was unsure at first but, I honestly don’t regret my decision at all. It was absolutely brilliant and we have nothing to fault. Fully recommend!!
