The hotel was great- a good 15 minutes walk. The pool was nice, too. The employees during night time was especially very friendly.

The room had only one mini trash can in The bathroom, but nothing bigger for bottles , paper and other garbage. To our surprise the room did not have a refrigerator. We missed that a lot for chocolate, wine, sodas, eye patches etc we usually keep cold.

Clean and new only need in room small refrigerator.

Modern and new hotel with lovely pool area. 13 minute walk into centre of Sorrento. Very clean room. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Hotel is very environmentally friendly. Amenities in the room were lovely.

Breakfast was average with little options and no toaster. There was a filtered water system in the hallways of the floors to reduce water bottle plastic. Could have jugs in the room as you only had small glasses to use. No bench or shower shelving in the bathroom so had to put items on the floor.

Lovely modern hotel with a beautiful pool and garden area. The hotel has free filtered water machines throughout the property which was a big bonus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The only minor criticisms were the amount of sun loungers as on our first few days it was hard to get a lounger if you were at the pool in the afternoon. The breakfast could also be improved on with a greater selection - more fruit and granola would have been nice. The hotel is a 15/20 minute from main Sorrento but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Pool area was lovely, staff were extremely helpful too. Breakfast each morning was great- on our last morning when leaving, they even packed us a little breakfast because we were leaving before breakfast started. Air conditioning was fab in the hotel too.

It was a 20/25 minute walk from centre of Sorrento- we didn’t mind and walked it twice a day but might not suit older residents or people with children. (Taxis in Sorrento are very expensive too so not always an option). No hotel bar in the evening either. Some hotels provide a shuttle service in and out to the centre but it didn’t run here.

The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. The hotel was clean, very modern and the rooms were very comfortable. The pool area was lovely and there was a beautiful view further down from the hotel grounds. The hotel was right near a bus stop and close to two train stations. The hotel was about a 25 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento.

Property was clean , great outdoor area to sit and have a drink, your breakfast or what ever .

Washrooms had no counter , but I just put the chair in the washroom as extra space . I recommend using the hanging toiletry bags, they are great for European hotels . Walk was about 20-23 minutes. It’s ok , it felt shorter the more we did it

Excellent staff, we had an amazing stay. We loved our location, close to restaurants and beach clubs. Nello made the best cappuccinos, and all staff were super helpful. The beds were very comfy and all was super clean. The refillable water bottles and water stations are a great thing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pool closed too early but it’s ok because we were mostly tired from sea and out all day.

Really friendly staff, very clean and comfortable facilities. Fab breakfast each morning with a choice of cooked foods, pastries, cereal, fresh fruits etc. Lovely swimming pool and gardens. Perfect location if happy to walk 15 minutes into Sorrento centre. Bus stop located just outside the hotel, although buses not overly reliable for sticking to timings.
