The staff were so kind and so helpful! Everyday they greeted my family with a smile and iced coffee. They gave great recommendations to places to visit. They ordered delicious pizza for us and even had a fireworks display for us 🤣 We loved having the pool with a view. Overall this was one of our favorite stops.

The ants in the room were extremely excessive. We finally found where they were coming in and plugged it with toilet paper. The ants around the pool were also excessive. Understanding it is nature you can still control certain bugs. We had to shake out every single thing when packing. I took some videos of all the dead ants from the night before we left. The bus returning from Sorrento was beyond crowded that we decided to drive down every night because it was not worth waiting and not fitting on the bus. There were not many lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool and it would have been nice for the pool to be open a little later.

The property has stunning views over the bay of Naples with a great view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius! Free shuttle bus every hour brings you from snd to the hotel!! Amazing. Great pool and very comfortable bed had a great nights sleep. 💤. Very clean surrounds and the staff where do I begin they can’t do enough for you! Extremely polite and friendly. Made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable! Highly Recommend plus great communications vis whattsApp. Helped us find the shuttle bus etc. thanks again for great stay!

Few very minor issues 1. Bedside table coming off the wall 2. Plug didn’t work on one side of the bed. 3. The shower floor design not great use of pebbles hurt feet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked one night as we were travelling around Italy and did not plan on staying in one place more than a night, but this one was so good we stayed 3 nights in total! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We got free upgrades on our rooms where possible and each one was lovely - the rooms were very clean and spacious, all with lovely balconies with an even better view! We would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Sorrento. They also offer a free shuttle service into Sorrento nearly every hour which is perfect!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. Nice breakfast. We were able to request bottled water, which was given freely. The location was good for us as we had a car and really enjoyed having evening meals in the little town further up the hill.

It was all pretty great. If I had to mention something, it would be the bland, very quiet, gentle music playing on the terrace most of the time; could have had more tuneful options. As it is an apartment type hotel, the guests ranged from couples with babies to a hen group.... these didn't affect our enjoyment of our holiday. All guests seemed very pleasant.

Honestly wow! Not only is Sorrento beautiful in itself, this place was truly special. The staff are the sweetest and attentive people, so happy to help and caring. They love for you to enjoy every moment and advise you how to do it. They truly went above and beyond with everything. They supplied birthday wishes for our Mum and offered prosecco and made her birthday special with a cake. They advise with boat trips and bus rides without any hidden agendas. The place is so clean and tidy, it seems new and refreshed and nothing seems tired. Their team are cleaning all throughout the venue daily and nothing was ever missed. They have an efficient laundry service and free breakfast which was so kind and so lovely. The views are amazing from the terrace, although you do miss the sun in the late afternoon by the pool, the terrace is still laced in lovely sunshine and a chance to see the sunset. The pool is so refreshing and clean with plenty of space to hang out before a shuttle down to the centre. You can’t really do without the bus shuttle due to the location being so far from the centre but luckily it is efficient and pleasant. All the drivers are lovely and friendly and manage to drive so safely on the crazy roads. We loved this stay and it feels like a home away from the centre. I would recommend the Restaurant Il borgo for amazing food and amazing views of the sunset - even a courtesy car which was such a pleasant surprise. Da Emilia on Marina Grande was also exceptional food. Thanks again to the team at Le Terrazze you made our time so special.

The temperature of the pool in June but honestly that’s only to say something because we loved everything.

The location of this property had exceptional views to the water, Napoli and Mt Vesuvius and the surrounding mountains- it was wonderful coming back after a long day for some drinks on the terrace watching the sky change at sunset. There was a complimentary washing service which was amazing, very quick turnaround. The staff were wonderful- so kind, so helpful and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast is simple but delicious and you have the option to get takeaway breakfast and bring to your room which was nice sometimes. The free shuttle service running from the hotel into town was exceptional- the drivers were so lovely and the service ran on time (5-10 minutes late at the most which was never an issue), makes exploring Sorrento very easy!

If we are being VERY picky, some more amenities in the bathroom would be nice (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser instead of two of the same thing in the shower)

A fabulous friendly hotel with beautiful views from high over Sorrento over the bay to Vesuvius. The blue and white decoration was fresh with good sized recently refurbished mezzanine rooms, ample room for our grown up family of 4. We loved sitting on our terrace overlooking the view. The complimentary breakfast was simple but welcome and the complimentary shuttle coach service to/from Sorrento was regular, reliable and comfortable so provided an easy way to reach the hustle and bustle of the town but allowed us to escape to the sounds of the countryside after. We enjoyed the swimming pool and there were plenty of sunbeds too.

Although plenty sunbeds, there was limited shade and would have appreciated more adjustable sunbeds.

The view was spectacular, it was honestly one of the most gorgeous places we have ever stayed, we were kindly given breakfast in our booking which wasn’t in our original rate, best croissants I have ever tasted, they were so generous also. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they went above and beyond, always happy to help. It is a little out the way but it’s worth it for the location and the shuttle bus is free and hourly, so it’s easy to get to Sorrento town. We hired a scooter also to travel the rest. Our laundry was done for us too, the room was really big, we had a terrace and outdoor seating, everything you needed and more.

Everything was exceptional. Exceptional service — the best staff we've experienced on any of our travels. They helped us all throughout the holiday and also before via Whatsapp which was very convenient as they were very responsive. The view was amazing - just like in a movie! Although it was away from the city centre, it was well worth it for the beautiful views, and the shuttle service made getting around easy. Cannot recommend it enough!

There’s truly nothing to fault. Although it lacks an on-site restaurant — expected, given it's a residence rather than a hotel — the thoughtful inclusion of breakfast ensures a great start to the day.
