The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The owner did the best cappuccino with soya milk! Moreover, location to go to ruins is fantastic. I would stay here again.

My room had a balcony. I was very surprised on the first evening to find some girls there. I thought it was shared. The girls on the balcony that were on the room next door were also super noisy. On the next day I understood from the owner that they invaded my balcony, that was not shared. That didn’t make me feel very comfortable. Also it is not very sound proof there. I was always wearing good ear plugs but could hear noise in the evening and in early morning because some people left really-of course this is also people’s fault that should be more careful with quiet times.

Good sized room with a nice view of the mountains. Fresh breakfast every day included filled Croissants from a local bakery and fresh juice. Good location very close to the old town. Excellent bathroom and shower facilities.

It was not clear that there would be a self check in. Prior to visit, I did not have instructions for how to enter the property, and was not greeted by a member of staff until the next morning. Breakfast was at 8am, which was not helpful for when I had an earlier start to the day. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, however these were available in the communal kitchen.

Excellent place to stay in Sorrento, my room was clean, comfy, placed in a quiet area, had a great view. Host was very helpful, helped with the guidance to the place even if its very easy to get to it. Breakfast was good. Its closer to get anywhere in old town and directly to the beach. Surrounded with lots of restaurants and 5-10min walking from the bus station and train. Highly recommend this place for those who wants to enjoy a relaxing time in Sorrento far away of crowded and touristic trap places.

Breakfast was good..staff were nice . Melanie was very nice tried to help us find the place . I think if we have taken a cab we would not get lost.Also it states that it’s not too far 10 mins walk from the train / bus station but it took us 30 mins walk . It was frustrating the place not visible no proper navigation ( maybe it would be better if the proper navigation / map be part of ads. for this fscility

Excellent location to walk to shopping, restaurants and ferry port. Clean & comfortable and very responsive & friendly staff and communication. The one thing we would like to see adjusted in “the black room” was the automatic light that comes on in the small foyer… every time my husband walked through that small area to use the bathroom at night, the light goes on and melted waking me up. They should turn that sensor off.

Convenient location to restaurants, to tourist area, to ferries & trains... Safe location. Secure. Lovely staff we met at check in & especially each morning at breakfast.. very pleasant & helpful

Outside the front entrance could have been cleaned up over the 3 days, but that's the building owners problem, not this accomadations problem.

Breakfast was lovely, with fresh juice, fruit, pastries, yoghurt and coffee. Cheese and charcuterie was also available. Natalia was very good and brought special ingredients for my husband who is vegan.

Maybe more availability of equipment if you wanted to make something simple to eat for yourself.

It was great to finally have a balcony. Great location, easily walkable to the pier, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great.

Everything was great. The batteries for the safe needing replacing but was never done. Looked like there was or may have been a water leak above the bed in our room and the plaster or paint was flaking and falling on the bed but was a minor inconvenience.

The accommodation is very clean, it was impeccable. It has cozy, comfortable rooms and a very good location. It is close to the city center and just a few minutes' walk from the bus and train station.

The walls of the rooms are very thin, everything can be heard, so basically, the tranquility of the guests depends on the habits of the neighbors. The breakfast is very monotonous. It's suitable for a day or two, but for a longer stay, not really. Essentially, it consists of croissant, cheese, and ham or salami every day for breakfast. I really missed some vegetables or fruits.

The location was close to the shopping area and a 12 minute walk from the harbor (take the elevator if you are carrying bags). The room was nice and modern. The bathroom was spacious with a 2 person shower.

The communications during check in were a little challenging as the host was remote and had to buzz us in. And the walls are fairly thin so you can hear hallway noise and neighbors.
