Loved the huge open windows and view to the old town. The amount of space in my room was fantastic. Very historic and beautiful. Bathroom was large, also with a window to open. The room in between was great to gather with my friends. Really appreciateciated breakfast in the garden and bringing eggs or things we asked for. We even had towels for the beach. Agnes, our host offered to drive us to the train station. Very welcoming here. The best place to stay in Scalea. So unique and beautiful.

The room description on Booking.com makes you think you are getting 2 bedrooms. It said I was getting 2 rooms. I kept telling my friends that perhaps they could come stay in the extra room. My friend's booking described hers also as 2 rooms. It is only 1 room, so the description needs to be changed. Very misleading. The room description should perhaps say " Unit Desciption " and the booking confirmation needs to show the exact room that is booked.

It is a beautiful old Villa on a large parcel of land in town. The size of the room was awesome, bed was very comfortable, location was great to town and to the beach. Staff was excellent and was very helpful when we had questions. The bathroom looked like it had been recently remodeled and was beautiful. The terrace was good size but unfortunately it was too cold that day/night to use. Breakfast had a lot of options.

Booking.Com indicated it was beachfront but it is several blocks from the beach.

Beautiful old Villa in a wonderful Garden. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. In touch with us prior to arrival through Whatsapp to coordinate everything. Breakfast in the garden was super relaxing. Food quality was very good, fresh and varied. The rooms were very well appointed and all looked of good quality. All appliances worked perfectly incl A/C, shower, etc. would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Nothing that we did not like.

Our family stayed in 2 rooms. The 2 room suite was fabulous. See standard room, below. The breakfasts were excellent (spremuta rather than box juices would have made it a 10).

The standard room on the 3rd floor was downright disappointing. It would have been good if the common rooms on the first floor, which were very nice, and the common parlor on the second floor were air conditioned.

Beautiful oasis in the city, walking distance to the piazza, market and the central storico. Fresh fruit and vegetable market set up every day right across the street. Breakfast was awesome, fresh croissants and fruit, cappuccino and or juice. The staff was very attentive and gracious!

Loved everything except the stairs, unavoidable.

The place is just perfect. Excellent attention for the details - guests can feel like home. Breakfast is great. The best place I've ever stayed in Italy. For sure, I will come again.

.Our stay at Villa Giordanelli exceeded our expectations. The property is a beautiful villa with all the amenities located close to everything including the beach and old town of Scalea. All within close walking distance .Andrea and Agnese could not do enough for us..They are the ultimate hosts. Look forward to returning again soon.
