Location was great, walking distance to all main sites (sometimes a longer walk but well worth it). Quiet location, nice building. Loved the elevator to get to 3rd floor. Restaurants everywhere. We had a wonderful stay.

The front door was quite loud and our room was opposite it, so people coming in and out through the night kept waking us up. Some oil on the hinges might be a good idea!

Location was ideal. The bus to the airport is in front of the building. Grocery store by the side entrance.

Response by the contact person could be better. I tried to book a taxi for the next day but there was no reply. Finally I booked the bus ticket at 9:30pm. At 7am the taxi called me. I had to cancel the taxi. Very stressful

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect — central, yet peaceful. The room was surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt steady and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-run hotel. Can’t wait to come back! 🏨✨

The location is a 15 minute walk to the Vatican as well as the Piazza Navona and only a 30 minute taxi ride from/to the airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The lockbox access was well described with video documentation. The room had a large bed and the bathroom was large. The entire discs was clean. The breakfast voucher for the delicious cafe two blocks away was appreciated.

The room was huuuuge - try living in your own castle! Superb master bed and alright sofa bed - ok for the kids. Very quiet, we had a great night of sleep. Right next to the Vatican-Fiumicino bus stop, so saves a lot of trouble.

the second bedroom is directly connected with the bathroom - so hard to use if someone is sleeping. But with old buildings little can be done about it, thus not a minus, but a thing to consider.

The location is perfect. The room was completely better than my expectation. It was clean and spacy. The staff, Ms Erika, was very kind & friendly. She was very helpful.

It was hard for me to take shower because there was no curtain to prevent the water splashing out of the bathtub. The water drain was too slowly :(

Great rooms close to the Vatican. Rooms were clean and spacious, and very quiet - perfect for a good night's sleep. Entrance details were given with enough time to process, very smooth check in & check out process. Helpful staff and overall great place to stay in the heart of Rome. Very clean! Clean bathroom, clean bed, clean towels, clean blankets. Easy access. No receptionist-you get instructions via WhatsApp so make sure your mobile phone is charged and ready for communication with the owner. Breakfast was available already at 630am even if the information in the room said it is only available between 8am and 10am. Not sure if this is always the case. You get shampoo, bath foam, and some other bathroom items and don't need to bring it on your own. It is perfect location to visit St.Pauls cathedral. Only 15 minute walk. I can definitely recommend this for a couple of days (we only stained one night).

We could not find the TV remote control :)

This place was very comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was simple but nice. The host gave us great instructions for entering the building as our flight into Rome was delayed and it was all self checkin.

We didn’t realise that the accommodation only occupied one floor of this building, and took us a while to realise. Not their fault, just our ignorance that is common in Italy, as we later found out.
