Good location, helpfull staff

The shower head hose is broken, it should be replaced. Soap is missing. Coffe maschine is not working.

The place is 10 min away from the bus station that can take you to/from airport Across the hotel is a small but really cute park. Hotel has some pretty cool restaurants nearby and its a short walk to Colosseum and other sightseeings. We enjoyed it a lot. The stuff allowed us to leave our luggage after we checked out and gave us water.

I like clean room.

They didn't have reception 24 hours working. And they didn't give key to enter building. They say you just need to ring on bell in front the door. But in practice it was so stresfull to wait during night in dark ( in front building is so dark). It wasn't pleasant feeling and safe. So, I recommend them hotel to change that.

Super clean , good location ,mostly not missing any singld detail

It was so complicated talking or communicating with the owner even how to get the keys & find the exact location ,,,i also tried to call him many tjmes with no answer,,,,for sure i will not repeated again with the same owners even the property was great !!!!!!super unhelpful

Really good location with the tube station right next door. Good rooms with everyday cleaning. The reception is open 24/7. Also, there are a lot of nice restaurants around, a big park and only 15 minutes walk to the Coliseum.

just a few minor things: - usually, we use a safe box in the room to keep our documents but here the safe box was more like a metal box on the shelf that you can easily pick up and take with you. I mean it wasn't screwed to the shelf or wall or anything else. - one light switch button was missing and all others have fallen off all the time

Excellent location: next to the metro, lots of cafes and stores nearby. The bed was really soft, clean and comfortable. The staff were quite friendly and in touch whenever I had questions.

The room was hot but it was bearable. Nothing to complain about. Good value for money

First time travelling to Rome and the experience was fantastic. Our flight was very early and we had to leave our luggages at the hotel. Location of the place is perfect; it's only one minute from the metro station and about 10 min walk from Colosseum and you will find the best bakeries in this area. Besides that, I would recommend not to use the metro because to enjoy Rome, you need to walk through it. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Also the bathroom had the necessary tools; hair dryer, shower gel, a comb, toothbrush for all 3 of us and many towels. The host was quite friendly and was available every single moment for our needs (I asked for an extra hair comb and it was provided within a minute. Price per value was great.

As the bathroom didn't have windows, the floor became wet. I would suggest the host to provide good slippers (the slippers that we had were very cheap and you could slide). Charger place could be improve as they were very old fashioned.

I really liked the room. The check-in was easy and fast, the staff was kind and helpful, and the place is clean and very close to both the Metro and the Central Station.

There was a bit of smell because previous guests had smoked in the room, thankfully the cleaning staff took care of it.

Great location, 10 minutes walk from Termini station and 15 minutes to Colosseum. The room was rather small but super clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a good value indeed and my friend and I enjoyed staying there.

Just the elevator was too narrow to fit our luggage.

We stayed in this hotel for 8 days in 2022. October 15-22. The hotel is in a very convenient location, next to the metro station. The staff are very friendly and caring, are happy to support any request. We arrived at the hotel at 02.00 on the first day, they welcomed us and assigned us a room with a smile. The room is small but comfortable. Everything is fine in the sink. The refrigerator is sufficient. Towels are changed every day, sheets on the third day. In short, this hotel is convenient enough to spend the night, go and come back even on foot at any time of the day. I am satisfied.

WiFi: Internet connection needs improvement. There are hours when the web is overloaded and there is no normal access.
