Luigi, Peter, Maria!! The most friendly, caring, accommodating hosts, fun and funny. By happenstance, they shared dinner out of town with us. Breakfasts included great fresh fruit, lovingly created homemade cakes, juice, coffee, tea. Spacious room with window opening to the flowering garden patio, HOT water. Free easy parking outside the door in this residential neighborhood. Small eating establishments within three walking blocks. Easy freeway drive to Lecce.

That our stay wasn't longer than three nights ... and that there was no resident pet.

It's a real 5 stars!! We adored the place! Very, very clean and well equiped! And the breakfast, with these super good handmade tartes!!!Mr. Gigi and his brother there are extraordinary people! Always ready to help with our problems! We'll come back here for sure! Mille grazie again for all!!!

Hosts were very friendly and attentive, room and facilities were just renovated, comfortable, quiet and very clean. We had an exceptional breakfast with fresh fruit, 4 different types of local cakes and good coffee. There is a very good Osteria 7 minutes walk. We just stayed by to continue our route. But next time we visit the area we plan to stay more, as it is very good value for money and if you have a car you can visit many places from there in short trips.

The only thing to consider is that It is located in a quiet residential area. At night, walking to the Osteria with the kids was a bit intimidating, so I would recommend taking the car.

Fantastic owner, helpful, made three cakes by own hand for us, for breakfast. Good equiped accomodation, very clean, full renovated, and friendly. We could occupy the rooms earlier as we signed. There is free parking place front of the house. The city 12 minutes by car. We were seven person for one night, it was ideal for us.

The rooms were very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, we had to use the air con, it was superb. You can park outside the apartment, Lecce is 15 minutes drive, also Gallipoli about 35 minutes The breakfast was amazing, nice coffee, fresh bakery, and home made, warm cake at the end. The hosts were very kind, Grazie Mille to the lady and the gentlemen for their kindness.

Very clean and comfortable. Gigi and Pierro very welcoming and helpful. Homemade cake and pastries wonderful for breakfast. Bedding and towels replaced regularly during our 10 night stay.

Lovely area and easy to find. Plenty of amenities within walking distance and a lovely area to walk around.

Big room with a full size fridge. Great breakfast. Good location to travel to the east, west and southern coast beaches.
