We had an amazing stay at Federico Secondo B&B apartment! The place was super nice and comfortable, and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They were extremely helpful and even agreed to change our room during the stay, which was very accommodating. The breakfast provided was delicious, and every part of our experience was positive. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

The location is very central, in the old town of Palermo, as well as on a very safe and quiet street. The room is incredible spacious and clean. They even clean the room and make the bed everyday. The breakfast was great, they even provided me glutenfree and lactosefree options. The staff is incredible helpful about everything. I can not reccomend this B&B enough! We had a great time!

Clean and modern room, nicely decorated, with all the necessary facilities. Very close to the cathedral, easy access to the other major sights in Palermo. Great staff, excellent coffee. Nice present when leaving the place.

The Wi-Fi does not function. Poor breakfast. In fact it is not breakfast, but colazzione. You have only cakes, yogurt and water/juice. The worst part is that you have to ask for everything: give me one sandwich, give me some water, can I have a piece of cake and so on... It makes you feel like begging when in fact you paid a lot of money... It is the first restaurant where you are not allowed to take what you want to eat/drink...

Breakfast was onsite and Manuela (who could speak very good English) was lovely and super helpful. Good selection of food and drink. We found free parking a couple blocks away in the piazza.

Communication was a little difficult as we do not speak Italian and the person for contact did not speak English. A little noisy but overall not bad.

Don't know if we had luck with the neighbors but our room was pretty quiet. The location is amazing. Close to everything but quiet. It was a nice spacious room on the top floor with a cute rooftop balcony. Furniture was a bit broken here and there but the room itself was cozy. We really liked it. The staff was nice and helpful

The breakfast has a wide variety of sweet options, and less salty/heathy options. It's also a bit weird that there is a buffet, but you have to ask the staff to bring it to you.

We were thrilled to stay and spend 7 nights at Federico Secondo. We got an apartment instead of double room were originally booked. The team members are so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was always fresh and canteen has a great vibe. I’d like to recommend this B&B for everyone and not only because of great location: 5-15 mins by walk for old town and main attractions. Breakfast was nice to have in the building each morning. There was some street noise, but given the location this wasn't unexpected or excessive. Vincenzo and his staff made it easy for us to get a cab to the airport on check-out, and were accommodating to us non-Italian speakers. The room was large and very clean.

The location was ideal and within walking distance of most interesting places in Palermo The staff was friendly and understanding of our concerns

I had a problem with the shower because it had mold and not the kind of clean I wanted but the owner changed my room the next day and the other room was very spacious and clean. He had misunderstood my concerns about the shower but we were able to resolve it amicably.

Good value for money. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and we were well looked after. The air conditioning was effective.

There are no windows to the outside so it wouldn't suit you for more than a night or two. Everything that was within the owner's control was very good.

The location of this property is excelent, near to Palermo cathedral and Capo market. We had great breakfast and also were provided gluten free options. Staff is very helpful and polite.

The bed is bit soft, but we all have different needs when it comes to sleep.
