We had a wonderful week at this hotel which is located a few mins walk from the beautiful Ostuni old town and is a good base to visit other nearby places nearby. The hotel staff are always so helpful and friendly and our room was large, clean and comfortable. I am glad we opted for the superior room as we had a small balcony however did overlook a car park but still had stunning views of the town and sea in the distance. Breakfast was always so delicious. I would highly recommend staying here and love to return some day.

We knew it didn’t have a pool when we booked it , however would be a nice benefit in the future however understand this is due to planning permission.

A modern, clean and comfortable hotel with large rooms and a great free breakfast within walking distance of Ostuni's old town. Parking was provided free of charge at a sister hotel 5 mins walk from the property. There's also a paid for parking option right outside the hotel that allowed us to un/load the car without payment. Ostuni is a great location to base yourself when exploring Puglia as Monopoli, Alberobello, Martina Franca and Locorotondo are all close-by. Nicoletta and the team were so welcoming and helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They engaged with every member of our group, recommended and made restaurant bookings for us and gave us tips on local beaches and places to visit. They kept us updated and shared information via WhatsApp throughout our stay so as not to disrupt our day and provide flexibility in assisting with our plans.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Primo Ostuni. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the old town, making it easy to wander through the charming streets, enjoy the restaurants, and soak up the atmosphere. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of closet space, excellent lighting, and a large bathroom with a great shower (and more than enough light, which is often hard to find!). The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a nice fridge in the room was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was outstanding with a large variety of. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The front desk staff—Leonardo, Claudia, and Cristian—were all so welcoming, attentive, and professional. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend Hotel Primo Ostuni to anyone visiting this beautiful town. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

This hotel worked perfectly for our trip to Puglia. Rooms were modern, spacious, nicely furnished, very comfortable, with good storage and good AC. The highlight of the hotel were the staff, Nicoletta and her team couldn't do enough for you. They were so welcoming, polite and helpful and always checking to see if they could do anything. Breakfast was extensive, especially for Italy, with a good choice of hot and cold dishes and plenty of fresh fruit. There was a water station to refill water bottles, which was a nice touch. Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of town and surrounded by restaurants. Would highly recommend the hotel as a base to explore Puglia.

I couldn't fault anything.

Close walk into city center. Big room. Super clean, nice and modern. Very good breakfast. Can see the sea from eating area and room. Staff at counter and breakfast area were good and also helpful.

If you drive, the parking in front of the property is paid and uses machines that are in Italian, which can be a bit confusing for non-Italians. You can find free parking down the street or in other areas but it takes some work figuring it all out, and carting luggage that distance is sort of inconvenient. We were on the floor above a pizzeria. Some talking late into the night could be heard from our room so consider that when booking.

The staff was welcoming and extremely helpful and accommodating. Very respectful, responsive and engaged. Rooms were clean, included a coffee machine and water kettle for tea. Bathroom was spacious and included good counter space. Breakfast was a continental breakfast. Includes free filtered water at any time of day. Free parking at 100m from hotel. Close to the Centro Storico,

The maids need to do a better job of cleaning the floor as they swept but missed washing the dirt on the floor. For a standard room, the closet space was small and difficult for 2 people to share.

Claudia, Kevin and Leonardo went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Thank you to them. This hotel is perfectly situated for a city visit to Ostuni and there is easy parking behind the hotel if travelling by car. The hotel offers a lovely breakfast with a range of hot and cold foods, fruits and pastries. The coffee is good. The breakfast staff is also very friendly.

We struggled a bit with the airconditioning but the staff helped promptly and sorted out the issue for us. Everything about our stay was positive and enjoyable.

The staff was great! Claudia was very helpful when checking in. I was a bit worried there would be no parking available since we visited in mid-July but both the paid parking lot next to the hotel and the free parking down the road had ample availability. The breakfast was wonderful, the bedding was very comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The staff also allowed us a later check-out which was very helpful for our itinerary. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Ostuni!

Fairly new hotel, opened last year. Great location, 5-10min walk into the Old Town, very safe to walk back. Secured carpark ( 300yards away ) ( shared with sister hotel nearby ) All staff were extremely helpful, from reception, bar, breakfast area, all friendly & welcoming. Rooms modern very very clean, ours with lovely large balcony overseeing the White City. Buffet breakfast offers lots of choice, very accommodating for my husband who is gluten intolerance too. We had lovely recommendation for dinner, kindly got a table booked from reception, and we went back for further 2 nights.

There is nothing we didn’t like. But I kept telling the manager that it would be ideal to have a rooftop swimming pool, but apparently it was not given permission by the local government or the mayor ( which I think it is such a short sighted for this town planning ), at the same time, there was a new hotel being built at the bottom of hill.

A lot of places to eat and stores nearby. - Staff was very kind and helpful, able to speak multiple languages. - Very good breakfast buffet, with a variety of options. - On a main road, easy to find. - Parking was available for free on a partner hotel, 5 minutes away walking.

- Parking on street a bit difficult to find initially until check-in, because the hotel is on a main street. Better to ask the hotel in advance for parking.
