A perfect location for a holiday with family and friends (we were 4 adults, 3 kids aged 4-6). The rooms, grounds, location and facilities are idyllic. Views of the mountains in one direction and the sea in the other, rolling hills of all colours all around. Olive trees, lawns, swimming pool, terraces, shade, sun, barbecue area, fresh vegetables and herbs available to pick and eat... And peace and quiet due to the out-of-town location. It had everything we needed! The hsots are incredible too. When we were there they invited all the guests to an amazing barbecue which they offered free of charge with delicious local products. As the host said 'you are staying in our home, not a hotel.' We would definitely go back!!

The apartment was a good fit for my family with a kitchen, a dishwasher, a tv, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a big garden and a vegetable garden where you can freely harvest tomatoes, peaches and so on! My son enjoyed a lot the swimming pool that we had just for us for many days! Stunning view on mountain and campaign from the swimming pool that was super clean. You have also the sea view from the other side of the building. This is the perfect place to be whether you are a couple or a family and want to enjoy a quiet place, the fresh air of campaign and nice vegetable. The center of Mosciano is 5 minutes away by car and you can find shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. The nearest sea in Giulianova is 15 minutes away. Last. It not leasts, our hosts Massimo and Giovanni were amazing, always available when needed, good advisors on what to do, where to go and so on! And on top, very human! You can hardly find people like these who take care of their customer as good as they take care of the property. I recommend everybody to go there, amazing experience and we will definitely go back! Giovanni and Massimo are great hosts. Very easy going, helpful, generous and fun to be around. The apartment, the swimming pool, the garden, the space, the views.

Everything was perfect, nothing negative to report. You need a car to move around...

The room was spacious, everywhere was nice and clean. Had the pool to ourselves most days. Very picturesque area.

Adjoining restaurant had full parties most nights, although not too noisy, we didn’t feel like being able to go downstairs as we’d be imposing on their party.
