A good choice for breakfast with additional choices cooked for you, the hotel has been very well appointed with a high level of finish to the restoration project

We didnt realise it was near a noisy road, and the walk to town was built up, it is not the rural location as we expected, and next to some buildings and on one side also building work next door the other side. We also expected to eat a couple of nights at the hotel but there wasnt an evening restaurant We did not have a hire car and there are no taxis in Monopoli although you can pre organise a transfer service through the reception

The masseria is so beautiful & serene, & very stylishly decorated which made it a true pleasure to stay in. The breakfast was delicious, prepared by the lovely Anna who made us feel extremely welcome every morning. Ezia & her husband & all the staff were extremely helpful & friendly, & went out of their way to welcome us & entertain our 14 month old daughter Olivia, bringing her little toys to play with. The room was outstanding, the pool area very nicely done with comfortable loungers & the team were happy to bring very tasty cocktails to us down there!

I loved the property but we could have benefitted from a very simple lunch or dinner menu being provided to save us having to order in when we didn’t fancy a trip into town as there isn’t anything in walking distance. That said I knew it was a breakfast only hotel & would definitely go back.

Beautiful property , the pool area and the garden with it is so peaceful and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here

It would have been nice for the property to offer a bottle of water without charge, the property is just out of the old city and as such at night when you are at the property in your room that little extra touch would have left a lasting impression. Other than that it is a beautiful property and the hosts are lovely,

The beautiful old building has been restored tastefully, both its interior and exterior are delightful. Our room was spacious, had everything we needed whilst also being decorated minimally. Breakfast was a very good selection of cakes, pastries, cold meats etc. eggs and bacon upon request. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. It would be hard for someone not to enjoy staying here, the only thing people might not like is that it isn’t in the centre of Monopoli but being a Masseria guests should expect this and welcome it. It is only a 5/10 minute drive or 15/20 minute walk from Monopoli. I would recommend getting a car if staying in the area.

The gated property is absolutely pristine with incredible gardens, a relaxed feel and numerous places to sit and enjoy the nature around you. Rooms are large with all necessary facilities. The location was perfect still quiet but close enough to the beach (7 min drive to most) and towns like Polignano and Monopoli (7-12mins). We got engaged at Masseria D’Erchia and they went absolutely above and beyond to organize a photographer and make us a private meal. Their breakfast was top not h in classic Apuglian style. The staff was incredible especially Ezia and her husband.

Unbeatable value for money. The family ran place is stunning, room was amazing it felt like being in a luxurious castle. The whole Masseria is nested in a green environment, scents of flowers and Jasmin. It is a maze of small gardens, hidden stairs and secret spaces inhabited by butterflies. Beautiful. Two pools in an incredible setting. Breakfast was brilliant and, glazing on the cake, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The entire place is super clean, beautifully decorated and quiet although only 5 minutes from downtown Monopoli and Santo Stefano beach (where they have prebooked a spot for you). Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

Beautiful property with great attention to detail everywhere. Owner was gracious and very helpful. A delicious and plentiful breakfast is provided, in a beautifully decorated room with top notch food presentation. Parking on the premises a big plus. A thirty minute walk away from the City Center.

No dinner available on site so made the 30 minute walk both ways to and from dinner.

The family who operates the masseria is lovely. The location is great, 5 min drive into Monopoli yet feels tucked away. The pool is amazing. The breakfast is INCREDIBLE. Our room was very large for a standard room and the facilities are new.

Not there fault at all, but there was a large crane very close by as there was construction being done when we were there. Little bit of an eye sore.

There was a lovely breakfast in the community room each time. The staff were incredible and even made a birthday cake for me to enjoy on my birthday. The facilities were beautiful and great pool and hot tub.

The beds were somewhat hard and there was a highway outside which was quite noisy.

There wasn‘t anything to dislike….guest Wifi was a bit grainy but owner allowed us to use staff Wifi so all ok.
