Location was good, walked to everywhere in the city. Central Station 15min walk. Room also ok, just ambulance and trams make noise-if You are not a deep sleeper, it may disturb. It is of course not up to hotel. I liked a lot that there were 2 soft pillows in bed, very comfy :). Reception very friendly,helpful.

Breakfast was exactly the same every morning during my 5-day stay and also poor variety of warm dishes( they were not warm, mostly cooled down). For me good, warm breakfast is important to start the day perfectly. Hotel should improve it. Also a possibility to boil some water in the room would be great in the future.

Good sized rooms, very clean. Right next to good transport links. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.

No labelling of allergens on the breakfast buffet which made it very difficult to choose food for my dairy intolerant daughter. Some of the waiting staff were not very helpful

I stay at Windsor every time I'm back in Milano, once a year. Feels like my home in Milano. Great location, not too far from the city center, 30 min walk, great location next to the Milano Centrale too. Plenty of places around for good dinner. Breakfast was really good. There is also a supermarket near by.

Room was located on the fifth floor on which the rooms I believe needs some renovation. The room window didn't open and the room had some unpleasant smell of old furniture and stale air, needed some fresh air, because the air conditioning wasn't enough, but no luck with the window.

Great location with tram stops right outside the hotel. Metro is close by but we mostly used the tram every day as it took us everywhere we wanted to go. Metro was a bit dark and scary. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Beds were comfortable and room was quite large. Would stay again.

The room was stifling hot. The air con did not work or we couldn’t get it to work, we just put up with it and would leave door open whilst in room to get some air. We are not complainers so we just put up with it. It was manageable. Lucky it was winter. The bathroom design is poor almost have to step over the toilet to get to the shower but this seems to be standard in a lot or Italian hotels… I don’t get it and it’s annoying but manageable.

The sojourn fee is a scam (10 Euros for 2 days).... simply because my booking receipt shows "All tax and Fees included"!! Therefore, WHY charge me city tax AFTER I arrive, especially since I was NOT a tourist; I was in the city for WORK!! The hotel should refund 10 EUROS to me.

Truly enjoyed the stay: good location - 15 min walk to city center, very stylish modern complex at Porta Nuova nearby; nice room, spacious, fresh furniture, comfortable bed, large bathroom with new facilities; parking at an affordable price few steps away from the hotel; continental breakfast with a variety of choices - would love to come back )

In mid-October it was a bit fresh in the room and air conditioner was managed centrally (not cold, still I would add a couple degrees, if I could); as per many reviews - breakfast area is too tiny, for the scale of this hotel definitely more space is needed

The hotel rooms were massive. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Staff were really friendly and polite. My favourite part of the stay was the breakfast. I have never seen such a large variety of food. The location was great. The train line was just outside the hotel and the metro was a 3 minutes walk away. Duomo is a 25min walk.

The lift doors did unexpectedly shut on me when I went in after somebody came out of the lift. Fortunately it didn’t hurt but probably needs looking at. The bathroom had some black mould. I don’t think this was a cleanliness issue as the room was very clean. I think it just needed re-grouting.

Room was very cosy and very clean, location great just a 30 minute walk into the centre, and close to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was much the same everyday, no English breakfast only Italian, no air con in the room so very warm, we were told it is not in use until later in the year, so we had the heating turned off. You can hear the trams outside in your room which go into the night, didn’t bother us but if you like quiet you might struggle.

Location was central 10 to 15 mins walk to central station and Duomo. Breakfast buffet was great, rooms modernized comfortable beds, cleaning services every day. The only problem was with Bookings.com, requested 2 rooms extra large double bed and 2 twin beds, 4 adults and after paying, email confirmation was for 1 adult each room. Irene at reception windsor accommodated us without any issues and gave us a suite and said this is a bookings.com issue. Will definitely stay here if in Milan again.
