The hotel was amazing it was better than what we expected. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the facilities were amazing. Public transport was very easy and cheap to the city as the hotel is located 30-45 minutes out of the city centre. The rooms were very big and the bed was comfy. Amazing stay!!

This wasn’t a massive deal breaker as there was an alternative, however the shower had very low water pressure which made it difficult to wash. There was however a shower head over the bath so it was okay.

The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom . It was clean, beds were very comfortable. Hotel was nice and quiet and staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Location had good links to city centre, with the bus 57 right outside and the number 1 Tram 3 minutes walk.

Nothing. But would have been useful to have a waste bin in the room ( the only bin was in the bathroom).

The area hotel is located is not great but it’s nothing to do with the hotel itself. No shops/places to eat around.

The spacious suite, a safe in the room and fridge. The hot chocolate was so was the breakfast. The staff was very friendly, spoke excellent English and very helpful in our stay. Bathroom was big too, definitely 4star hotel. The hotel is not in the centre, but bus 57 is out side the hotel it will takes you to city and back within 25 min, also tram 12 does the same , so is best to get 3 day travel card for 13 euro, get it from supermarket down the road ,1 min walk. Overall Excellent stay and would highly recommended and is value for money. The employee are a Credit to the hotel.

The shower cubicle door leaked water so a bit of water was left on floor, the shower water turned itself colder then back to warm, so had a big bath. Only minor things.

Not applicable. We had to move hotels since the A/C of our bedroom was broken and there were no other bookings available. Staff solved issue by moving us.

We arrived in the middle of the night, once in the bedroom we noticed that A/C was not working and the bedroom was very hot, not possible to sleep like that. Staff said technician could not come, offered free drinks, until we insisted that we wanted another room with A/C. They mentioned there were no rooms available and would have to move us to another hotel. I feel they could have tested the A/C before, since they already had our expected arrival time, and upon arrival they should have moved us already to the other hotel, instead, we had to go up, unpack, change clothes and then undo everything in order to leave the hotel and go to another one.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and we were extremely satisfied! The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile – from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. One of the best things was the bus/tram stop right in front of the hotel, which made it super easy to get to the Duomo and all the main attractions. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

I had the naked rooms and it was spaceous and had a big balcony. I didnt get to use it because i was in the city. Its a few steps from a bus station to milan center. Nice choice of soaps and shampoos and scents. Complementary water. Decentish breakfast.

The showers in the photos of the spa were mostly clogged, and the water experience wasnt nice because it would spray water in different random directions and they didnt give a cohesive experience. It was just a bunch of different seperate ways the water came at you

The staff were lovely and always very helpful. The outside seating area was nice and clean, too. We did have breakfast due to a full day trip out, that was very nice.

Just wish we could have picked the hotel up and moved it closer to town where more bars and restaurants were. Being in a residential area, it was a bit quiet. However, plenty of transport from trams, buses and metro stations close by, very cheap to travel about.

Very friendly, smiling people at reception, excellent breakfast, dog-friendly. I got a free room upgrade. Very good wifi.

Very unsatisfactory electric car charging arrangements : took 16 hours to charge my car to full. The junction box is also pulling free from the wall, and may constitute a danger. Additionally, €50 is required for fully electric cars to use that point (although, when I got the bill, this fee was waived after they saw how frustrated I was - many thanks!). Use of the underground garage is €18 on top. The hotel itself, very welcoming as it is, is strangely out-of-date, and I personally did not like the unusual layout of the room I was allocated, nor did I like the 8 separate controls of the (magnificent!) massage shower. I had to waste a load of water before I found out which control did what.... The hotel is situated on a busy urban road.

I liked the very convenient location of the hotel as I came for work. Very cozy, clean, comfortable and it was very warm in the room as I always get cold. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 4*, but I can tell by the feeling you can assign 5*. Keep it up, you guys are great! I recommend this hotel.
