One of the best locations in Milan. Close to a metro and walkable distance to Duomo. Many restaurants, clothing shops and a supermarket nearby. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. There's always someone in the reception, and the staff if friendly. The room was clean and large enough. The shower was hot and good power. There was a tv and even a hairdryer in the room.

The sound isolation isn't great, I could hear conversations from other rooms, but during the night it was quiet.

Hotel offers all the basic facilities (Air conditioning, private shower, free wifi) and while it does not offer breakfast there is a small selection of snacks and coffee machines near the reception lobby (and a wide selection of places to have a good breakfast around). It is also very close to Lima Metro Station, from which you can easily access the Duomo. Staff were polite and very clear about checkout times. There is also someone at reception 24/7 (if you arrive late, just ring the door and they'll let you in)

Showers are a little small (might be a negative for people with limited mobility). Room might not be the best for long term stays as it doesn't have a desk to work on, for example.

A very good budget hotel in a very expensive city. Close to Milano Centrale. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the second time we've stayed here. No problems.

This is a budget hotel so don't expect 5 star services. The location is great. Near Buenes Aires street with loads of shopping. Also near loads of good restaurants. There were some lovely Indian restaurants as well as a couple of vegan burger joints just a few minutes walk away. The staff were so so so friendly. The room was a nice size. It was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel did exceed my expectations. I've stayed in similar rating hotels in Milan before and this one was definitely better than the others. Only criticism is having to leave the key at reception. Also the tv in the bedroom is tiny. Could do with an upgrade there.

We stayed 4 nights as we basically just needed a place to rest while touring around Milan and hotel Nettuno did its job well: the rooms are basic but all the essentials are there, they gave us fresh towels every day and the room was clean. The guys at the reception were all very friendly and polite. It is without any doubt that the rooms haven’t been refurbished in a while but you can see it from the pictures. Overall, a good stay if you just need to sleep and take a shower, luxury can be found somewhere else.

The bed was quite hard, there are no hangers in the bathroom, something that should be easy to fix if they would like to.

The room was clean and very warm ! I liked it ! Although everything inside is not brand new I was very comfortable! The staff at the desk was nice , polite and helped with luggage. I arrived very late and that wasn’t a problem. For 1 night stay was good for the money I paid considering is Milan

I can’t say dislike but if I have to say something in this section, I’ll suggest to modernise the room decor, a bit . But even so there was everything a modern hotel it will offer

The hotel is a short walk from the central train station and very easy to get to/from via public transportation even late in the night (the night bus stopped just a 2 minute walk). The staff was super friendly and helpful. It is great value for the price, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

It was a bit noisy, the room was a bit dark and the beds not the most comfortable - but for the price and location it was still great and I would recommend.

The guy at the front desk was so lovely and friendly. The air con was excellent and the room was really clean with all the amenities we needed. It was an excellent location (especially to the train station) for access to bars, patisseries, cafes and restaurants, lots of yummy food and coffee in the area. They were very accomodating and allowed us to store our bags after checkout for as long as we needed for no extra cost. Shower had excellent pressure.

The bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were very thin (I would have liked having 2 pillows). The room was quite dark but this was ok.

Near central station and shopping street, supermarkets and eating places nearby as well. Clean bathroom and strong shower. Airconditioning in the room was very efficient- much appreciated during the hot summer days!

Some areas of the room seemed neglected in terms of cleanliness but overall ok.

Staff is on site 24/7. Very available and keeps front door close at night. Not the super good-looking hotel, but it doesn't want to be so. Instead for all the rest: clean, cheap, comfy enough for a short stay, functional. Vending machines are super useful! I would book again if I come around again.
