Not my first stay here. Have been staying here since 2017 whenever I'm with a large group. The no.1 reason for staying here beside the fantastic facilities is the location. Just a 10 minute walk to Carrefour, 5 minute walk to Gambara Metro and 5 minute walk to the best value restaurant in Milan (garden city restaurant). In the mornings there's cafes and pastry shops also within 5 minute walk from the apartments. I always consider the Gambara district more of a locals only area hence the facilities provided and with very reasonable prices for a city like Milan

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—central and easily accessible. The price was very reasonable, and the cleanliness of the apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless and well-maintained.

The only downside was that the key couldn’t be picked up after 9 PM, which was a bit inconvenient for late arrivals. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again!

They were very spacious apartments which was great for the family. Also quite well equipped, nice and light and good to have a balcony. Location was also very good as it was only 5 mins walk from the metro and 10 mins walk from a supermarket. Nice that the apartment blocks are in their own grounds which are well maintained and creates a nice quiet ambiance. Reception staff were very prompt and efficient in dealing with an issue caused by other (very noisy) guests; cleaning staff and other residents were very friendly. Thank you. Would we stay again? Yes.

We could have done with oven gloves and tea towels as, for us, we didn’t need to use the dishwasher much. Although Dreams Hotel do their best to maintain a quiet ambiance by requesting guests don’t make noise after 10pm - which is great, sounds do carry from other apartments because of their design. What’s worse is when the request is totally disregarded by guests!

Very spacious, great facilities.

The apartment we booked is located in a quiet place, in a green courtyard, it is spacious. Clean apartment and well equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast or dinner. We appreciate the balcon as well.

For us, the location was not suitable because it is guiet far from the City centre and the central train station. Also, the check-in conditions, instead of physically picking up the keys, we preferred online check in, based on a code, so as not to depend o the reception time, knowing that sometimes delays can occur that you cannot control. I was surprised by the request to show my credit card at the reception, as I had already paid for the accommodation, I have never encountered this situation.

It's a big apartment and really warm, the balcony has a good view, the kitchen is perfect and ready to use, the bathroom is really spacious, the beds were comfortable, the check in and out were really simple, they keep your bags after and is only 15 min from the Duomo in Meter

Very big, clean, nice shower and good Internet. It was perfectly located for what I had to do

No self check-in and reception until 9 pm only. I didn’t know about that until I had booked unfortunately.

Great location easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, bars and parks. Hosts were very helpful and always reachable. Comfortable and clean apartment

The location is just wonderful, a very quiet set of buildings with green spaces between them. In the daytime you can hear birds chirping. The subway is 3 minutes away and then via the subway you can reach the Duomo in less than 20 minutes. There are good restaurants near the hotel, a big Carrefour market (nonstop too). It's a good area, I didn't see any shady activity or people. If I were to live in Milan, THIS is where I would love to live! Now, the apartment I stayed in was huge. It had a big bedroom, a not-so-big but average living room, a big kitchen, a big bathroom. A big hallway. I think more than 60 sqm. All furniture was new, the kitchen was very modern. I also enjoyed the huge table from the kitchen, very usable as a desk.

The walls are very thin, you can - and you will - hear all noises from the neighbors. Somehow though, in the first night I had the best sleep in ages. Totally inexplicable, but that's what happened. I slept like 10 hours, and my sleep monitoring ring showed a personal record score. The second night I also had a good sleep but I kept walking up due to various noises. It's more likely though that these noises will disrupt your sleep. I would have liked a better equipped kitchen; not ustensils, they had pretty good ustensils. But there were no basic things like salt or pepper. Or tea. Or sugar.
