Great location, nice and cozy apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great coffee, tasty breakfast. Gabriele’s recommendations were all on point regarding restaurants, sightseeing, public transportation etc. The fact that he recognized my girlfriend’s birthday and celebrated it with a small present says a lot about the quality of the hospitality…We will definitely return in case we visit Milano again. :)

We stayed for four nights during the Grand Prix weekend. The location is conveniently located several minutes walk from Sondrio metro station. Gabriele has created a wonderful atmosphere of charm and sophistication at Casa Maggiolina, a delight for the senses! The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated and it is clear every aspect has been carefully considered. Each morning we had a quality breakfast to set us up for the day. As a host Gabriele was a delight - responsive, great to converse with and very accomodating of our travel plans. Upon our late arrival he helped make us dinner reservations and gave some great recommendations throughout the stay to help us make the most of our time in Milano.

Gabriele (the host) went above and beyond! We had the best time in Milan thanks to his recommendations. He made me feel very special as it was my birthday and prepared a little surprise at breakfast! Anything we needed a recommendation for Gabriele had the answer (even for my trip to Lake Como the next days!). The room and bathroom were so beautiful and such good value for money. We drove our car to the B&B but Gabriele made the public transport seem very easy for us during the day. The mattress in the bedroom was quite thin, which I think is just the Italian way but worth noting for any older guests / people with back problems.

Hands down the most pretty B&B I have ever stayed in. The room was carefully designed and renovated and they had paid attention to every detail. The room was so beautiful and it had its own balcony. The building itself is quiet, you don't hear noices from the streets. If you have loud neihgbours that might be a problem but we had no problem with thinner inner door. The location was great - near metro and walking distance from central train station. They offer you a lovely breakfast which is not typical italian at all. The host Gabriele makes it himself and he tells you about the products he uses from nearby. And he makes excellent coffee! Above that Gabriele is super friendly and helpful host who seems to love what he is doing - which is always appealing and lovely to see. It shows in everything he does for you (he gave excellent tips!). So thank you again for our wonderful stay in your beautiful house. We will come again!

If I would have to say one thing the matress of the bed might be too stiff for some people but it didn't bother me.

Amazing location and beautiful accommodation. Gabriele, our host was the most kind person. They had a wonderful breakfast every morning with great coffee and conversation. They were helpful when we are out in town to help guide us where to go via WhatsApp. Very prompt and efficient. We can't say enough nice things about Gabriele and our stay there.

This is a wonderful B&B in all respects. The property has been beautifully renovated; our suite was modern, spacious and tastefully furnished. A generous continental breakfast featuring local specialties was served daily. As others have noted, Gabriele is an exceptional host - welcoming, attentive and engaging. His recommendations pertaining to our planned activities were extremely helpful. This host loves what he does and it shows! Dining at nearby Osteria de Flavio was also a highlight of our stay.

Gabrielle was very nice and offered suggestions for restaurants that were perfect to us as well. He also showed hospitality and made us feel welcome as old friends. The property is renovated and preserves its golden times in the decoration, which I liked and think it is good taste. Room and Bathromm are exactly what can be seen in the photos.

The room that I stayed in had the window facing the street, a bit higher than street level. But I would choose another room in my next stay, a more silence and reserved.

I had the most delightful stay at Ca’ Maggiolina B&B! The overall ambience of the property was superb; I felt like I was in the country as opposed to in the middle of a city. The owner, Gabriele, was absolutely lovely and gave fantastic recommendations of local things to see and do. The property was also very well connected in terms of public transport; I was able to get around the city with ease. I will definitely be recommending this property to anyone I know planning on visiting Milan.

Gabriele is a real host, very friendly and helpful. He gave us tips, restaurant recommendations and a lot of useful tourist infos for our stay in Milano. The house is beautiful decorated with taste and charming details. Our room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nicely prepared with Gabriele’s personal selection of local foods and his homemade coffee. The location is great. 2 min walk to M3 subway and tramway. 15min walk from central station. Everything was lovely!

We spent a great week here, exploring Milan and using the trains to go further afield to the lakes and Verona and other towns. The property was beautifully furnished and situated in a quiet area. It was a 5 min walk to the nearest tube and about 15 min walk to the central station. Gabriele is a fabulous host, welcoming and so informative about places to visit and to eat and drink.
