Amazing!!!! less than 10 minutes walk from the very center of Matera (and what a city!!!!! ) in a quite área, the facilities are just amazing. I do not know who were the architect but turning the place in a comfortable, amazingly beautiful place is something. Pietro, our host, was not only a host. He was a friendly face, someone I would like to call family. Pietro, thanks a lot for everything. The best wishes and great success to you. I will keep on tell people and my family to visit Matera and to stay with you.

Absolutely perfect

Newly built only two years ago, beautifully furnished, it looks like a new, modern hotel, just smaller. Our double room was spacious, with a large bathroom and pretty patio (we were on the ground floor). Staff, Pietro and Illaria were very helpful. Parking on the premises was very convenient at 15euro per day (although the parking space was not guaranteed as there are more rooms than parking spaces). Excellent location, no more than 500 meters to the old city walls, a market, cafes and restaurants.

A bigger fridge would be handy, especially since there is no breakfast provided, only tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Great hotel with a great staff. They were super helpful, and we loved the room.

The only thing that could be better is that there are blinking red lights in the room; I felt like I was in a submarine movie. Can someone tape over those as that makes it hard to sleep :). I bought a double-layer towel over it, and it was blinking through that.

The location was great, not far from the city center. We were able to park our car there and the room was spacious , clean and comfortable. The staff was most helpful and nice. They went out of there way to help with suggestions of restaurants and sights. Pietro was nice and most helpful.

Most of things meet my expectations. Only small thing is water from the shower was very weak. The others are all very good.

The Location alone me to walk to the square along with secure parking for my motorcycle. The staff was very helpful and provided detail information of the city.

There really was nothing I didn’t like it meet all my expectations and then some.

Exceptional staff: We arrived after 10pm, hours after the normal checking-in schedule. The front desk staff was nevertheless waiting for us and helped us settle down before leaving The hotel is modern (brand new?), well designed, spotless, in a quiet place, etc...

Very minor detail but maybe a slightly faster wifi

It is crispy clean, modern and comfortable. They have a parking lot for guests. Coffee and tea maker in the room and a small outdoor patio with chairs and table.

Everything about this accommodation is just perfect. Rooms are very nice and clean. Location is perfect, just 10 min from centre. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and hope to visit it again.

Good location with parking available. The staff were very helpful with directions to places of interest and restaurants.. The apartment was perfect for our stay and we would highly recommend this accommodation.
