Stayed here for the second time. Very good location if you want to travel around the best destinations at Garda Lake. In the room we had GREAT lake view and the balcony. The hotel has the fantastic location for breakfast. The food in the morning is also very good. Especially we enjoyed the cappuccino. Malcesine is just 10 minutes walk. Riva del Garda is just 15 minutes ride. The hotel has a convenient private parking. The rooms are very clean and cosy. Recommend and want to return again.

It will be nice if the rooms will be equipped with the small fridge for drinks and fruits.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. Every morning we watched the surfers on the lake and every evening the paragliders. One day we went by funicular to Monte Baldo, a trip for every recommendation. Another day we went to Riva del Garda and to Limone that has a lemon plantation. You simply have to try a lemon gellato there. The breakfast was tasteful and plentiful. The room was good size and everything was clean.

The mattress was very firm so I was sore in the morning. There is a main road that goes around the lake directly under the room so it's a little bit noisy if you sleep with the window open.

A beautiful setting with easy access walk from Malcesine or by car. Right opposite the lake and over the road a path leading to the beach and lakeside walk into town. The room was clean, a lovely balcony overlooking the lake, comfy bed and clean/spacious bathroom. What made this hotel however on top of the place itself were the staff, in one word - exceptional. They really went above and beyond. We arrived utterly soaked having walked from Malcesine bus stop in the most ferocious thunder and lightening storm with torrential rain, so the thought of going out again in the evening for dinner was not appealing. The hotel kindly offered to open the kitchen that evening and make us a meal so we didn’t have to go out again, which I must say was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time, 3 courses no less! A lovely stay, value for money and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Malcesine at this property! The rooms were very modern and clean, with a balcony overlooking stunning Lake Garda. The staff carried our heavy bags up the stairs to our rooms, which was extremely helpful. There is parking right at the property which is a short walk along a pathway to the town. We were able to purchase a few beers at the property and enjoyed happy hour on their deck overlooking the lake. Breakfast was included and they made eggs to order as well as coffee drinks and other breakfast staples. It was clearly a well-maintained and well-run property that we would love to return to!

This is a super gem hotel! Spotlessly Clean, VERY comfy and cosy. The greeting and manners were superb. Truly. Carrying our bags and being gentlemanly in letting my GF walk first. Really good service on a human level. Room was spacious enough, bathroom great and shower powerful and hot! We loved the balcony on to the Lake - great views despite a rainy day! Parking excellent - right there on site 20 seconds to the room. Breakfast was great - excellent range and cook you fresh eggs (not just the buffet type!) It's a 10 minute stroll Malcesine but it was lovely - 5/6 mins to the road that takes you to the cable car for Monte Baldo. You could tell this hotel wanted you to have a great experience. They put heart and soul into it. So Grazie Mille.

Has a great view of lake garda from our room !!!! Hotel is also just a zebra crossing away from the beach and lake so it’s super convenient. Breakfast is sufficient. Staff were helpful and friendly especially when we had trouble with parking our car in the hotel lots. Toilet is spacious as well. Place is very serene !!

Parking a bigger car might be a bit tricky. Also no elevators in the hotel so take note of that if ure coming with bigger luggage, but only 2nd and 3rd floor have rooms so not an excessive amount of stairs to climb.

The view is outstanding ! Breakfast was excellent. Eating dinner one night on the terrace at sunset was perfect. It's close to everything in town (walking distance). The room was quite nice, although a bit small. Facilities were good and very happy to be able to park on the premises. The bar was also convenient with a good array of snacks. The town of Malcesine is delightful - they have one of the best castles in Italy right on the lake and the village under the castle is full of good restaurants, bars, and shops. There is a funivia (gondola) going up to the top of Monte Baldo, which sits above the town and provides outstanding views of the town and up and down the lake, with the Italian Alps visible to the north. I would definitely stay here again !

The shower is extremely small and I was bumping elbows against the walls continually, but this was not a big problem by any means.

Super location to stay at lake Garda and explore Malcesine. Very comfortable room with a beautiful view from the balcony and breakfast room, and just a few steps from the beach. Great brekke, especially the homemade pastry and fruit & veg from the garden, thank you

Nice view from the balcony over the noisy street (as everywhere in this side of Garda lake). Good breakfast. Kind owner, who waited for us even we were late. Good noise insulation in the windows. Free parking. Walking distance from the village.

In general, this side of Garda lake is dominated by the road, which mostly runs along the lakeside meaning there is always lots of cars and motorbikes driving fast. Prices in this area are high as well compared to inland locations. However, these comments are not related to the hotel but to the area itself.

This was our second visit to this hotel. It is very comfortable and all rooms appear to have a balcony overlooking Lake Garda. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. it’s a great location and very near to several good quality restaurants. The owners do I / staff are very friendly and helpful.
