Breakfast was very nice.The staff was awesome, Arabella was excellent and helpful, so was the other person at the bar, (sorry we didn’t get her name) We were given a room that was not the one booked, it was a big nice beautiful view but not the suite we had booked. They moved us the following day to the suite we had originally booked. Happy Birthday Gulia, she was very helpful and friendly moving us to our new room. We had one dinner there and the staff was awesome. Parking was easy.

We had dinner there one night , the food was not the best. At least what we ordered wasn’t There were other issues we wont list We have been traveling for two months and we have realized that pictures and services offered not often match the reality of the places. When the question of “what didn’t you like?” Many times it’s hard to list everything.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Very nice location, very welcoming. The whole hotel has a nice smell too. Staff is very very friendly and helpful, I work as a receptionist and I was so happy to see them being like this. Breakfast and bar staff were also very nice and we had amazing drinks in the bar. Breakfast is very good, they're constantly refilling everything. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfy, rooms very good size. I would recommend staying here and I'd definitely stay in their hotel in another city too.

Comfortable and large room; excellent house keeping; comfortable, wide single beds; good sized bathroom; very good breakfast with a variety of choices; convenient parking very close to the hotel.

Unfortunately it was not clearly specified beforehand that the restaurant would not be open on the weekend and on holidays. Therefore for our 3 night stay, the restaurant was unavailable. The was not equipped with a hot water kettle, tea or instant coffee.

Room was spacious and comfortable, air-con was much welcomed in summer around Como. Personnel was nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and you can also have it outside which is nice. Parking is possible on the street opposite hotel where it is free from 7pm to 9am during weekdays. Location is not that far from city centre (approx. 15min walk).

We had a big fly at the bathroom floor after arrival and there was also some toothpaste? on the floor. Doors in bathroom could not be opened fully which was annoying at times.

The hotel staff were very nice and professional. The location of the hotel was excellent. Nearby parking garage was... convenient and inexpensive. The room had a refrigerator (thank goodness) and the water in the refrigerator wasn't incredibly expensive. The Malfy gin and tonic was cold and delicious.

22C is as low as the air conditioner would go. Standard (free) wifi was non-existent. No complimentary bottles of water. At breakfast, the bacon sat submerged in its own grease with no indication that it was ever going to be replaced with a fresh batch.

Everything went extremely well and staff were very nice and polite. The gentlemen at the front desk name was Nader was very knowledgeable about the area. He told us where to go and the best places to go and sight seeing. On the first night we got there a bit late and went down to have dinner after checking in and going to are room first and the waiter was wonderful as he didn't rush us at all and his name was Emanuele. Reason for going there was because it was are honeymoon and it was an extremely perfect for are honeymoon. Highly recommend it to everyone who looking to go there as we will definitely be looking to go back again.

Great location, close to the centre, convenient size room, very kind and helpful receptionists. great breakfast with lots of types of croissants, sweets, fruits and nice coffe.

I missed vegetables from breakfast. You can't reserve car parking place, as those are on the street next to the hotel, and hardly find an available place. Public parking garage is nearby, but it cost too much.

The hotel as very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect being a ten minute walk from the centre of the town and train station. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Booking restaurants, train tickets, ferry and bus times. I would definitely use this hotel again and Lecco is stunning.

The bed was not the most comfortable and could do with a mattress topper. No pool and only a few rooms have views of the river. As a base to travel and visit the area, it was perfect.

Fabulous hotel and polite and helpful staff. Check-in was a breeze and reception assisted during several occasions during my stay providing concierge-type suggestions to make our stay more pleasant. I had connecting rooms which made it great to be close to my elderly dad who was traveling with me. Prior to arrival, hotel was very communicative answering many questions about mobility-impaired room options, easing my concerns prior to arrival. Large rooms and bathrooms and excellent, huge breakfast buffet. Restaurant staff went above and beyond providing ice when requested and did everything with a smile...excellent service! Lots of parking in front and nearby the hotel as well.
