Thank you for the warm hospitality during my stay at La Loggia de’ Banchi. The experience was truly exceptional! The location was perfect, right in the heart of La Spezia, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the tasteful decor to the small touches that made the stay feel special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Very clean room. In old town. Not far from busstop. About 1km from train station to visit Cinque Terre, bpisa and Portofino. Thank you for keeping out luggage till late. You were a true lifesaver.

There were still alot of our food and drinks in the fridge which we thought will get when we get our bags but it was not there anymore. We made a mistake leaving in fridge

We arrived in the city of La Spezia as a crossing point for Cinque Terre. We were very surprised by the lively city. The location of the hotel was great right on the pedestrian street, the room was very clean and modern. We also found car parking in an area close to the hotel. Breakfast is one of the cafes next to the hotel. It was nice and tasty.

The only complaint was that the rooms in the unit are not insulated and there was a lot of noise from other rooms.

Everything! Tutto! The bed is the most amazing bed I have ever slept it. Great size for solo travel. Ana was lovely too!

The bidet is a little close to the toilet in the room I had - it's not a negative, but when you're tall, it makes it uncomfortable to use the toilet.

The host was so friendly and nice; allowed us to leave our bags way before check-in time, provided us with some tips and took the time to chat with us. The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed. Although it's located in an area that gets really busy at night (or at least, on a Friday night) the double windows help block out the noise from outside.

Has the look and feel of a hotel. Modern decor, up-to-date appliances. Exceptionally helpful and friendly hosts, very welcoming. Central location, within short walking distance of sightseeing spots, amenities and transport. Would recommend to anyone who seeks a more personalised experience of the La Spezia Gulf.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was good and it was close to the main pedestrian street. The property owners were quick to respond. They accommodated us for a late check in as out train did not arrive until later in the evening.

Very nice and small apartment and the location is great. Lots of nice bars and restaurants and easy to reach Cinque terre. We had a great and comfortable stay.

The only thing is that we thought parking would be free but you need to go to a parking nearby which costs 15 euro per day. Maybe we understood that wrong.v

My wife and I stayed at this accommodation 5 years ago and were so impressed by the quality, comfort, cleanliness, location and the attentiveness of Fabio that we booked a second trip on this occasion with close friends. Will come here again. Well done

Nothing. All our expectations were met.

Great location, very close to the harbour for access to Cinque Terre by boat, & also close to the centre of town, good sized rooms, good shower, helpful staff, fridge in the room was good for keeping a cool drink close!

Air con was meant to work to as low as 17 degrees but even though set to -4 which equates to 19 degrees (off a 23 degree baseline) the temperature of the room never got below 24.9 degrees, it was hard to sleep without proper accom.
