The property was lovely and spacious. It was easy to find just off the Main Street and within walking distance of the train station

What let it down were the little things. On the advert it says shampoo and shower gel provided - there are small sachets which aren’t very good so I would bring your own. Toilet roll - 2 small toilet rolls were provided for our 3 adult - 3 night stay. We bought our own on day two. The room was never cleaned or bins emptied during our stay. I don’t need towels swapping out or my bed making but the bins should be emptied!

Very well located property, just next to the main pedestrian city and a short walk to the train station. Comfortable, modern and functional bedroom. Responsive host.

There was only one temperature control shared by the three rooms in the property, which was slightly annoying (we kept turning it down while the neighbour kept turning it up), but we still managed to sleep comfortably.

This apartment right in the centre of La Spezia is an absolute gem. Newly refurbished, it feels classy with subtle and tasteful decor. It was very comfortable for the three of us. The bathroom has a big shower area and plenty of space around the basin. The owners provide plenty of shower and hair gel. Staying in this apartment was a delight, especially as you step out into the main street with plenty of restaurants and shops.

Stayed here for the Monaco Grand Prix weekend, rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Hotel was across the road from the train station, which worked out great for catching the train to Monaco. Also a 15min walk to Old Town Nice, which is definitely worth a visit. We ate at 'la taverne massena' for dinner one of the nights, the young man who served us there was excellent and food was good.

The location is perfect to get to know the area and stay close to restaurants. The accommodation clean and cozy. But overall the attentive care and accessibility of the managers stood out to us. They even helped us find a boat tour at last minute. We had a wonderful time!!!

Good location in La Spezia, close to the train station for visiting CinqueTerre. Room was clean. Bathroom was good. Price was right.

The master bed was saggy and sheets didn’t fit correctly. No fan or way to circulate air in the little kids bedroom.

Property was clean, in a very convenient location to all the shops and restaurants. A short walk to the train station. Wish we could have stayed longer

I honestly cannot say anything negative about this property. It was everything we expected and needed.

The place was clean and the beds were clean comfy. It took us around 5-10 mins walk from the train station. There are heaps of eateries around the place. Definitely will book again

- N/A - things happen - we reported one of their electric socket was popping out when we arrived which we didn’t use. it was ok coz we used another one that was working and they said they would get it fixed.

The location was perfect and Francesca was quite helpful and quick to answer our questions.

The children's room was pretty warm and could have benefit from a second AC unit. Parking nearby was almost impossible.

The rooms were spacious and had good amenities. There was a balcony in one of the rooms but they had large windows which opened. The aircon was a bonus as it was very hot during our stay. Perfect location for restaurants, trains and the port.

Do not sleep with the window open as many insects will join on your stay.
