The hotel is newly built, in a very good area, close to the beach and the city centre. The rooms are big enough, stylish, modern, and very quiet. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is OK, but nothing special. The jacuzzi on the roof terrace has a really nice view on the lagoon.

The aircon was not working properly in the room, it seemed that it can't cool down the room temprature but it is just working as a ventilator. After telling it to the staff, they tried to fix it but with no success, so we got another room. Parking is difficult not only close to the hotel but in the whole city, watch out for the different zones! We were lucky and found a space where we could park our car for 4 days for free.

Hotel is very nice, welcoming, clean and comfortable with a great atmosphere. Location, bed, linen, new and well equiped spacios rooms with great balcony, all was very comfortable. Staff is great, welcoming and helpfull just what you enjoy in holidays in Italy. We enjoyed the view from the room, had a great sleep, and super breakfast on the terrace with a nice view. Hotel has free bikes to use to look around and enjoy the city which we enjoyed very much. Great restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes from the place. We came with little dog which was also welcomed, received even treats and bowl for water from the hotel. There is a park for nice walks with the dog just 1 minute from the place.

The only problem was the dog policy was not communicated online. Dogs are welcomed but cannot be left alone in the room. With our couch potato who likes to be left alone with no disturbing and sleep 10 hours a day it was problem. He has to go with us everywhere. With his long hair he hates sand. We were not able to go on the beach and we needed to spend much more time in the hotel room than we would normaly. However I understand that some dogs are noisy and hyper when left alone and maybe can destroy furniture, however this is not our case. We just exhausted our couch potato and he came back super tired :).

Very good 4 star hotel. Large room well soundproofed, very good quality breakfast with lots of choice, helpful and friendly staff, very nice Wellness area and indoor pool, free bikes available for 3 hours/day.

Accessibility to the car park as well as the parking spaces are very very narrow, coffee machine in the room but coffee capsules are payable from the 2nd day, stingy because knowing that at breakfast you can help yourself to coffee by the liter.

Brand new hotel, clean rooms, modern and well equipped. Amazing whirlpool on the roof with great view. You can make a reservation for underground parking. 200 metres from beach.

Second night air conditioning was not working, there was 29.4’C, it was just unbearable! We could not open the window because of forrest fire in Trieste. That was awful…Lot of mosquitos.

Staff was super friendly, the room very beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was a great bike garage and breakfast was very delicious. The hotel was very recently renovated so it all was very new and nice.

The Spa area was beautiful but a bit small. So it has the perfect size for a shorter stay but not a whole Welness holiday. Also the jacuzzi on the roof was a bit too cold in the end of October.

The Breakfast and the wellness area are great. In general it was super clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Renting bikes was also very uncomplicated and convenient.

Little things like hangers for towels in the wellness area and something to hang clothes on the balcony are missing. Also in the summer it would be great to have a cold pool.

the bed was superb, lovely quiet AC and in general very quiet place, super relaxing. One of the best lagoon views. Very modern, clearly recently renovated.

You can still see signs of the renovation work going on. Some of it seems done hasty and it showed during the storm we had water pushing in through the glass window sealing into the room and forming a very big puddle which is a hazard if it happens at night and you don't realize it, you might get up and slip easily on the very slippery floor if it's wet.

Beautiful, modern hotel, in a very good location, room overlooking the bay. Great spa area with saunas, pool overlooking the sea, and rooftop jacuzzi all make for a really relaxing stay at the hotel. Breakfast delicious, varied and not just sweet ;) Lovely, friendly staff. Our warmest greetings Sylwia and Wojtek.

Breakfast was very good, very friendly staff. Selection of foods was very nice, the produce especially was of great quality. Tables were available at any time, they were clean and the vibe was calm.

In general, there was nothing in particular that was negative per se that the hotel or it's staff have influence over.

Very convenient modern hotel with lovely rooftop hot tub with nice views. Great infinity inside pool and modern wellness area. Delicious breakfast with great choice. Comfortable room with large terrace.
