Beautiful pool that we had all to ourselves, spacious, clean and modern rooms. For breakfast we could choose individual omelettes and got everything else we asked for. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though communication was difficult, as she spoke Italian only and we didn´t.

They constantly had the cleaning robot in the pool, we had to take it out ourselves each time we wanted to go for a swim. Not a very nice area, no restaurants or anything within walking distance. I forgot sth. in the fridge and asked for them to post it (of course on my expense), but didn´t hear from them after I posted my request.

The structure is super new with very nice rooms and bathrooms. You can get to the beach in 5 minutes (walking distance). Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of cakes, croissants, cereals, nuts etc. The stuff is extremely welcoming, helpful, kind and was always available to accomodate our requests!

The grounds and facilities were very clean, beautiful and well kept. The people were very nice.

The only challenge is that you need a car to get around from there. You can’t walk around. So good to have a car or take taxis everywhere.

The hotel facilities and staff were wonderful. Everything was much better than described on the website. We loved being able to walk to the beach just down the road. I would recommend adding this information to description of the hotel on the website. I would also recommend including information about a great restaurant at the beach where guests could have a delicious lunch.

The staff were so friendly, truly made the trip better! We didn’t hire a car and was quite hard to get anywhere so the lovely staff dropped us into town. Breakfast was lovely also

The accommodation was well positioned between Gaeta and Sperlonga. Our room had been changed to a sea view which we were happy with. The pool was clean. The breakfast plentiful and the staff were very helpful.

The view, the rooms, the vibe - everything here was great. Spacious parking spaces. Cosy breakfast. Really friendly staff. Cosy pool area.

The staff was very attentive and careful to my needs, present from start to end. The location had a fabulous view and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Ola was so welcoming and made an EXCELLENT breakfast. The property is perfect to access the beach and is a dream. Can’t wait to go back.
