We stayed in a very spacious room with our own balcony and private bathroom. There is enough parking around the accommodation reserved for Gasthof Teiser Stern, but there is also a parking garage downstairs. The host is very kind and other staff members are extremely helpful, especially when checking us in to our room. We did not have the chance to dine in for dinner this time, however breakfast is extensive and the pool is a bonus. Would recommend anyone in the area to stay here!

The room gets rather warm especially in the evening, and is difficult to cool down without opening the window to the balcony (lots of flies in town) or closing the blinds. However, this is a minor issue!

Our stay at the Gasthaus Stern was apsolutley amazing. Everything in the hotel was exceptional, starting from the personel (very kind and with great tips) to hotel facilities and the rich breakfast. The location is superb, close to the bigger cities of Süd Tyrol, but again close to great hiking locations such as Zanser Alm and Lago di Braies.

Great staff from reception to restaurant. Their approach and attitude deserves special mention. We had a spacious room with a great view. Very clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. The room has plenty of space for clothes and luggage. The decor of the room, its comfort, left a very pleasant impression. Dinner and breakfast were great. Excellent location of the hotel, you can visit many beautiful places around. Nearby there is a museum and a grocery store (very nice store).

Very welcoming, family run business with lovely airy bedrooms and spectacular views across The Valley below. beautiful walks from the hotel and free public transport, bus and train. The bus runs hourly from close to the hotel making day trips to Bolzano and local towns easy as well as the Dolomites national park. highly recommended.

I would have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom, but this was not a dislike, more something I would like.

Very clean, large, and comfortable room. Good parking and has elevator. Dinner was very good. I had the steak and my husband has weiner schnitzel and loved it. Breakfast had great variety. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Would certainly stay again!

we had a fantastic stay! the location is great. it’s a big hotel with underground garage. it’s nicely renovated, the rooms are quite spacious and clean. we had a balcony with a wonderful Mountain View! the bed was comfy and there are blinds outside that you can roll down or close completely to keep the sun away. The elevator goes from all the way up to the underground garage which is 10/10. there is even a swimming pool and a nice outdoor area! the staff is friendly and helpful, and Helene is truly the best. You will have no problem communicating with them in Geman or English. The breakfast was very yummy with several options for everyone. We also had dinner in their restaurant downstairs and the food was fantastic and super fresh. I truly, truly cannot recommend enough. We want to come back to the Dolomites again and will definitely stay again at Gasthof Stern

Wifi is tricky. it’s a huge building, and in some places it’s great, not so much in the others. we had a room on the second floor and I couldn’t get a wifi connection anywhere in the room except for our bathroom 😂

Amazing place! Beatiful view, very clean and cozy rooms, quiet village and very friendly staff. We also received gift cards with discounts for a lot of activities, local transport, free entrance to the local Mineral museum that is a must see. We really felt the holiday mood here and we surely hope to return here soon!

We have a perfect view from our balcony to the mountains, allot of friendly people and you can speak English, German and Italian.

Personal attention, kind workers, beautiful rooms, very clean, attention to details from beginning to end, breakfast was wonderful and dinner was excellent! Wished we had time to stay longer!
