Helpful staff. Underground (paid) parking. Super easy access to the city center (~15 minutes) - a tram stop is just across the street. Good wifi. Spacious room.

The room door could not close all the way so you could hear the trams passing by pretty well (on the first floor, maybe it gets better on higher floors). There was no shower door which was pretty weird.

Loved the ease of access and the privacy. Also, I had plenty of room for the amount I spent. I finally got my very own balcony! It was perfectly situated, easy to reach the airport and also easy to get into the city center. It was clean and reception, though only available via WhatsApp, were very helpful.

But upon arrival I honestly freaked out a little bit because the front door doesn't actually close flush with the frame. It shut well enough for the electronic system of magnetic locks to engage but it wiggled in its frame. That made me a bit nervous, not going to lie. I had no problem with intruders, of course, and everything turned out OK. Also that bed was Hella hard, so if you need soft, you'll need to head down the street to the Kassanova to pick up something to put on top of the boxspring.

The cleaning was really good, there could be a bit more glassware in the kitchen (only 3 glasses and 2 coffe cups available). The location was really great! Just 10 min with the tram to reach the city centre with a stop right in front of the apartment, the tram can be quite busy. Lots of coffee bars and a big supermarket within a 5 min walk. Apartment was quiet, only the street could be heard sometimes. We had a really pleasant stay!

Could have more glassware. Also a broom would be nice for a quick sweep.

The apartment was nice and very clean with all needed facilities. The parking garage is a little bit tight but okay. The staff was very nice, helpful and kind, their instructions were clear and simple. The staff/owner respected our request so I would like to give additional praise for their friendliness. Also, they informed us that our apartment was ready for check-in a little bit earlier. The location is very good, right next to the tram stop that leads to the city center.

This facility is perfect located you can find transportation in front of the hotel also supermarket is very close. I recommend this place.Irene also very helpfull. Special thanks to her🙏 Also very clean place

All rooms are looking to the road. That is why in the evening it can be disturbing. Hotel managers should make insulation to prevent the sound coming from the door. Sound and heat loss should be prevented. Unfortunately there is a lot of noise.

It was convenient for the tram both from/too the airport and into central Florence Large Supermarket just down the road towards the centre Gaetano Pasticceria across the road does excellent coffee and cakes

Had trouble finding the door, knew it was no 87 but door not very obvious, reception is then in another building round the back of the apartments. Clear directions upfront would help Kitchen facilities looked very good, but need to pay an extra EUR 20 -n to use, kitchen doors were lockable but were left open.

Easily accessible to centre of Florence, lovely and helpful staff even if the reception is done remotely they were very happy to help and message over WhatsApp. We got confused with the code system used to get into the accommodation but were very happy to help and allowed us to check in earlier than we were expected! Very grateful thank you :)

The bed was quite firm which I struggled to sleep on and there is quite a bit of noise from the street .

Close to railway

The check-in information was very confusing and it should be clarified from the very beginning that there are two locations of front door and that the reception is on a different location. This was not sent to me until a few days before check-in and a lengthy email that I failed to see all the parking information and get it in the email. Plus I was only sent video re arriving by walking. We arrived by car rental. We were tired and did not enjoy the confusion. Very stressful for tired travelers. Receptionist was pleasant once we finally found her. Send both videos and better explain where to park car etc.

Great location! Either go to old Florence or to the airport with the tram. Two stops to the airport. Room was clean and new.

Missing essential kitchen utinsles. The only knife was a bread knife. I would have preferred a room key to the keypad. Service was not present. Only reachable by text at Booking.com. However, they were helpful when reached.

Easily accessible from the Tram and very close to the airport. However, it's some distance from the city centre though easily accessible by the Tram. The property was clean. Enough utensils had been provided for cooking, if you so desire. There's a massive supermarket about 500 m from the place.

There was some unpleasant odour in the room, which took some time to get used to. No washing machine was provided.
