lovely top floor room with a view of the square where I left the car, right next to the town centre, super friendly reception and locals. Lift, WiFi, nice bathroom, soft towels. A grappa shop around the corner with a great selection !

the heat was just starting so the aircon was not on yet, so was feeling a bit hot. Luckily opening the windows did help and no mozzies came. Parking on the square was difficult as the machine only took small change for max of 5? hours, just not enough for me to pay once and be done with it. Should've taken the hotel garage ..

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station. Bed is hard but extremely comfortable so we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast is exceptional and varied, and staff are very friendly and helpful. We’re walking part of the Via Francegina and reception organised to get our main luggage forwarded to our next destination.

The best place in Fidenza for an overnight stay on the Via Francigena: good room, shower, breakfast, nice restaurant next door, in the old town, on the path, not expensive.

We asked to arrive three hours early due to the heat. The staff had our room ready before that. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was what we needed for a night and was comfortable. It was close to the centre, train and bus stations. Perfect.

The hotel is very dated, and lighting in the room was poor. Breakfast was mediocre.

Very friendly and accommodating staff from lady at front desk to staff looking after breakfast. Cleanliness was excellent and good selection for breakfast. Location is excellent and finally value for money is excellent. We had a treble room which was very large.

The room was good value for money. Nicely laid out with a comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, good shower. Clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. It’s really well located, minutes to the main square and a short walk to the train station. It’s also right along the Via Francigena. The breakfast is quite good, providing a good selection of deli meats and some cheese, as well as boiled eggs. You’ll find cereal and pastries as well.

The coffee is just okay, we went out for another cup in town. The hallways had a strong smell of cigarette smoke; it is off putting, but the smell does not reach the rooms.

We had a large and very nice room (even with a sofa) and breakfast was included.

The only thing to maybe mention was a strong perfumy smell. In the morning one could hear car traffic, but we were getting up early anymway.
