Location for a motorcycle trip was perfect, with a good sized carpark and easy access to multiple mountain roads.. Rooms were comfortable with a good bathroom and mine had a balcony with mountain views. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There are multiple saunas, a steamroom, a jaccuzzi, and a very well equipped gym. All were free to use. There are also paid for treatments like sports massage and beauty therapies available. Breakfast was a very well provisioned breakfast buffet, with plenty of vegetarian options, as well as items cooked to order from the kitchen

The location is excellent, just off the main road so is quiet at night, but only a short walk into the main square to catch buses etc. Car parking was always available. The building is a traditional chalet hotel and has retained many of it's original features which appealed to us. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The food was very good. Our only complaint would be that we were sometimes served too much! There was an extra course compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the Dolomites. The staff were all pleasant and attentive.

The wifi (included in the price) was of low security, which is common throughout the region. Because of the orientation of the building we couldn't find somewhere in the sun to sit and enjoy a beer or gelato after our strenuous walks. This was easily solved by using the gelateria across the road which was very pleasant.

very friendly staff, big comfortable room, very interesting yummy dinner experience every night! we got to eat a 4 course meal every night and it was almost too much food. but it was exciting to have different menus every night after a tiring day of hiking in the dolomites. it let us try a lot of new foods we may not have normally ordered. the breakfast was a big variety too and you can order eggs and bacon from the waiters. that was the only cooked food. the rest were pastries, cakes, hams, cheese, breads, salad, yoghurt, fresh juices etc. also there is a spa in the basement that operates around 3-8pm and it had hot jacuzzis, hot saunas, cold baths and a relaxation room! just note it gets crowded nearing dinner time so go earlier if you mind it. the attire is swimwear. bathrobes are provided in the room. i enjoyed it and went twice out of our 4 nights here.

the general location of the hotel is by the roadside, among many other hotels. our room faced the carpark/road so it wasn’t very private/peaceful. for hiking in the dolomites, the distance to various starting points was alright but perhaps not the most optimal. the town is also much smaller than the popular dolomites towns (as expected). but the dinner and the spa experience made this a fun place to stay.

We loved the spa and beauty facilities greatly managed. The facilities consisted of: ice bath, scented ice mist shower, an 80 and 90 degree sauna, 3 relax areas, hot tub, emotional shower cold and hot, 5 different showers and a Turkish steam bath. Managed by: Antonio and Maria. (My son now wants the same haircut as Antonio.)My son’s ski boots got taken by accident and they tracked them and found them and returned them to my son. Nothing a perfect stay for a great ski trip.

We liked almost everything. Amazing spa facilities, they are open 15:00-21:00. On top of that, Antonio makes a great massage. Totally recommend him. The highlight of our stay was dinner (or dinners). You should certainly get a half-board if the option is available. You get a four-course meal, not a mere buffet. Also, the location is perfect for skiing/snowboarding and hiking.

For most people it would be okay, but for us the dinner was a bit too late, it starts from 19:30. We don’t eat after 18:00. However, it’s just a matter of habit.

The coziness of the rooms and the location

I had problems with the food. One night I found a hair in my food, on another occasion my partner was served a not properly cooked serving of meat. They don’t have many vegan options. There is not on site laundry service, you have to pay them quite a sum to get your clothes dry cleaned from a private and they don’t do undergarments, so if you are staying there for a week like us, that’s a bit of an issue.

Amazing breakfast with everything you could wish for. Hard working people who you can count on everyday. Interesting dinner options (4 courses!) and was so nice to enjoy of the wellness after a full day of hiking.

We were located on the first floor, just above the restaurant which is noisy evenings and early mornings. Only minor I can think of.

The location of the hotel was great, it's an about 5 min walk to the gondola. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. The room was great, it was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was self service, with sweet and salty choices, you could also order eggs that were cooked fresh. We also had dinner, which was four course, it was very delicious. The spa was also amazing, it has a vareity of different saunas, two rooms for rest and a whirlpool. There is also a skiroom, where you could leave your skis and skiboots.

Clean , friendly staff, great location close to the Col Rondella lift = direct connection to Sella Ronda in 250m walking distance, nice SPA, very good breakfast and great five-cource dinners.

If you orded eggs for breakfat , you got them fresh, but have to wait 5-10 mins . A bit more fruits to breakfast , more variable vegetable selection at dinner.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way numerous times to make sure everything we needed was catered for. The spa is fantastic and the massage by Antonio is a must. He’s a great guy. As are all the staff from front desk, bar staff and the restaurant staff. All so lovely and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel.
