If I would visit Milan again I would 100% stay here again. The rooms are very clean, each day there is cleaning done in the rooms and the bed sheets are changed. Location is really good very close to metro line M5, tram and train station and there is also a supermarket across the street.The staff are really friendly and always make sure there are no issues and you have a great stay, for example one morning there weren’t any croissants left and one of the staff came and brought us some cupcakes and apologised. If we had any question they would always answer politely and would ask how our day was and if we are doing ok or if there is anything wrong. Breakfast was really good and worth the money because you can eat whatever you want and how much you want. On our last day we were above to leave our bags there at the reception for free. Everything is controlled by a keycard including elevator and door lock. The rooms are like in a hotel but the experience is like at home very friendly and welcoming. It was definitely worth it for the money and would recommend it to anyone considering it or coming to Milan!

There is nothing negative to say everything was really good

The hotel is located outside the city center but very close to the metro, so if you don’t mind commuting by public transport, this location might be just right for you. The reception, bar, and rooms are all modernly furnished, and the staff was available throughout our stay. I give high marks for the hotel’s facilities, interior design, and its close to the metro. However, one downside is that the hotel also serves as student accommodation, which made one of the evenings a bit noisier than expected. We reported the issue to the reception, and they offered us appropriate compensation and an apology. I really appreciate this approach, and we’re thankful for it. As for breakfast, there’s something for everyone. Don’t expect a huge variety, but if you’re staying just a few days, you’ll definitely be satisfied. A big plus goes to the option of having coffee made by a barista and freshly squeezed orange juice—both were excellent. During breakfast, the staff sometimes struggled to keep up with clearing and setting tables for new guests, but if you don’t mind grabbing your own cutlery or similar small things, it won’t be an issue. Overall, we were satisfied and can recommend this hotel. If you plan to spend most of your time out and about in the city, this is a great choice for you.

Very comfy beds and a good variety of items for breakfast. There is also a free coffee bar during breakfast, which is nice. The staff are very nice and happy to help.

It's important to note that this is a university halls of residence with some hotel rooms on the top floor. This caused issues for my partner as the design of the building expects the hotel guests to just use the lift, but he has claustrophobia and must use the stairs. Although the staff were happy to help show us the way, the stairs are located at the back of the building and are a little difficult to access. The building as a whole is confusingly laid out, but if you're happy to always use the lifts, it is probably easier to find your way around.

The hotel's location is just few mins walk from Metro. And from there its just a few minutes away to Centrale by train. They have a 24hr reception so checking in and out is a smooth process. And the staff-- they're lovely. Hand written note on your room, polite and helpful. Just lovely. I travelled with my mom and was taken aback upon arrival bcoz of the loud music coming from the hotel lobby. They have a bar, live band and loaded with people having a good friday night . So much for welcoming guests! But im all for that. 😅 and once you get on the elevator up to floors, the music fades. Overall, i would def recommend this hotel. 🥰

The aircondition is kinda weak on my first night I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Report it, have it fixed. The following nights were okay but could've been better if it is colder. I didnt do anything with the controller. Afraid to mess it up.

Location is far out from the centre yet very near a metro stop, so makes for very easy travelling. For Milan stds; Design, spaciousness, high ceilings and windows - great light & space feel, comfortable, clean rooms - with pillow library, easy chk-in & out. Great prices & product in the cafe/bar in the lobby Absolutely loved their branding concept= young, trendy, humourous added greatly to the whole concept

Bar/cafe insufficiently stocked though, over 3 days they always ran out of the popular pastries/ cornetti. Staff are students & are too casual not professional enough to deal with hotel guests. I specifically asked not to be disturbed as I had arrived at 5am ( due to typical Italian transport issues ) yet I was bothered 3x that particular morning. Strange gross smells in the corridors of the students area.

All were incredible,the staff was very friendly,room was really big and included all that we needed. I would like to separately note that it was very warm, the blanket was very thin and warm, very comfortable, the mattress was very cool, comfortable. The pillows too. I am very demanding of the bed - here everything was at a good level. It was quiet, maybe because we were there for Christmas - I liked it. The breakfast is not very varied, but this is compensated by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room. I have been to different countries, different hotels - but I really liked it here! And of course the location - very close to the metro, convenient! Easy to get to the airport.

I didn't quite understand the promotion with a free drink. I came for breakfast, wanted to use this promotion, but in the end you can only get coffee for free? So is that a bonus? It's strange. I thought coffee or tea should be excluded from breakfast as standard...

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! What impressed me the most was the staff – incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Additionally, the room upgrade was such a pleasant surprise and made me feel special. I also have to mention the super comfortable beds and high-quality bedding – they made my sleep exceptionally relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms could use some improvement. Both the bathroom and the bedroom area needed more attention from the cleaning staff. This is definitely an aspect that could be improved to make the stay fully comfortable.

The hotel is great, localised in quiet university district, just 3 minutes walk from Bicocca metro station. Rooms are big and clean, beds really comfortable. The loft and modern internal design style is just another bonus. The staff really helpful and nice. Breakfast are good, standard type. And near the hotel is Cineteca Milano, if anyone is interested in movies :) I highly recommend this hotel for everyone. I am coming back to Milan in April, and I wanted to book room in CX Milan again, but it is already fully booked at my trip's time.

Excellent Hotel, clean, staff friendly, located next to the metro stop which was only 10-15 min from Milan cental and on the M5 line if you're going the San Siro. Good for children as well, pool, table tenis, gym for teenagers. Will definately stay again on my next visit.

Only minor negative was the spread for the breakfast. The area was small, so when busy you struggled to get your food. Could be opened up to negate this problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff, handwritten welcome message in the room. Room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Safe area even at night

It is also a dorm for the nearby university and there was a loud party outside until like 1 AM. The soundproofing of the windows weren’t that good so we could hear it in the room. We got back late in the evening anyway so it didn’t bother us very much, but for guests who prefer to go to sleep early this could have been very disturbing
